At Home...
The phone rang, breaking the silence of the house. Ruhi picked up the phone, her eyes still scanning the pages of the book she'd been reading.
"Hello," Ruhi answered, her voice a mix of curiosity and indifference.
"Ruhi, please come with me," Esha said, her voice sounding urgent but playful.
"Where?" Ruhi asked, pausing her reading.
"Actually, I need to meet someone, but I can't go alone. You come with me?" Esha pleaded.
Ruhi raised an eyebrow at the request. "Then go ahead. Why do you need me?"
"Ruhi, please! You're the only one who can keep me sane. Come on, don't leave me hanging," Esha insisted.
Ruhi sighed, not wanting to deal with any more drama, but she couldn't say no to Esha. "Fine, fine. I'll go with you. But only because you're being dramatic."
"Yay! I'll be at your place in half an hour," Esha replied, her tone filled with relief.
"Yeah, yeah," Ruhi muttered as she ended the call. She stood up, stretching her arms, and glanced at the clock. She had time to freshen up before Esha arrived.
---
Fifty minutes later, the doorbell rang, pulling Ruhi out of her thoughts. She opened the door, only to see Esha standing there, a little out of breath.
"You're late," Ruhi remarked with a smile.
"I had to pick something up. Are you ready?" Esha asked, stepping inside.
Ruhi nodded. "Yeah. Mom's still at work, so it's just me."
"Good. Then let's go," Esha said with excitement, grabbing her friend's arm and pulling her along.
---

The two friends made their way to a cozy café, where they sat down at a corner table, their conversation quiet and casual.
Ruhi raised an eyebrow, noticing Esha's sudden pause. "Why are we sitting like this, Esha?"
"Wait, someone will come," Esha whispered, her gaze fixed on the door.
"Who will come?" Ruhi asked, confusion creeping in.
"He's here," Esha said, as a figure walked toward their table.
Ruhi turned to see Sounak, a tall guy with a relaxed but confident demeanor. He waved as he approached.
"Hi!" he greeted, a warm smile on his face.
Ruhi's eyes widened for a moment. "But who is Sounak?"
"Offo," Esha interjected with a smile, "I told you that day in the college café about Sounak, right?"
"Oh, that flirt..." Ruhi muttered under her breath, but before she could continue, Esha interrupted her.
"Ruhi, do you want a cold coffee?" Esha asked quickly.
