8 Months Later
Ruhi's POV...
It's Anshi's wedding day. I still can't believe it's happening so soon. Honestly, I didn't expect them to get married this early, but I'm so happy for her. Neil and Anshi are perfect for each other, and they made the right decision.
Esha and I walk into Anshi's room, where her makeup artist is just finishing up. The sight of her takes my breath away. I can't hold back my excitement. "Oh my God, Anshi, you look stunning!"
Anshi turns to me, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Really?" she asks, a hint of nervousness in her voice.
Esha claps her hands over her mouth, feigning shock. "Yes, my girl! You look absolutely gorgeous. Neil is going to faint when he sees you!"
Anshi gasps dramatically, placing a hand on her chest. "Oh no! Then who's going to marry me?"
The three of us burst into laughter, the sound filling the room with warmth. In that moment, all the stress of the day melts away, replaced by pure joy. This is her day, and she looks every bit the radiant bride she was meant to be.
Suddenly, Anshi's phone buzzed, interrupting our laughter. She quickly picked it up, her eyes scanning the screen. A few seconds later, she let out an excited squeal and started jumping up and down. "Yes, yes, yes!"
Esha and I exchanged curious looks. "What's going on?" Esha asked, her voice full of anticipation.
Anshi turned to us, practically glowing. "I got the job! The one I told you about! It's at the best college in the state!"
I couldn't help but grin, my heart swelling with pride. "See? I told you, Anshi. You deserve the best. We're so, so happy for you!"
But then, a wave of sadness hit me. I looked down, my voice soft as I asked, "But... that means you're moving away again, right?"
Anshi's excitement softened into an emotional smile. She pulled both of us into a tight hug. "Yes, girls, I'll have to move. But I promise I'll come back to visit you whenever I can."
Esha chimed in, trying to lighten the mood. "Well, that means Neil has to shift with you too, right? Poor Neil!"
Anshi laughed, rolling her eyes playfully. "Of course, he does! Poor guy has no choice now."
Her sarcasm sent us into another fit of laughter, and for a moment, it felt like nothing could dampen our spirits. It was a bittersweet moment, but more than anything, we were proud of Anshi and excited for the new chapter in her life.

The Groom's Room...
The air in the room was lively, filled with laughter and lighthearted teasing as Ruhan, Elijah, and James helped Neil with his final touches. Neil stood in front of the mirror, adjusting his tie nervously, while Ruhan, arms crossed and a sly grin on his face, leaned against the dresser.
"Listen, Neil," Ruhan began, his tone mock-serious, "don't smile too much. There's still time. Think about it again, man. Once you're married, you won't get the chance to think. Wives are... something else."
Neil laughed, shaking his head. "Oh, really? Should I be worried?"
"Oh, you should," Ruhan replied, nodding sagely. "They can kick you out of your own house whenever they want. Mark my words."
Elijah and James couldn't hold back their laughter. Elijah smacked Ruhan on the shoulder, saying, "Come on, man. Stop scaring him. This is his wedding day, not a court trial."
