"♪ In the middle of a perfect day, I'm trippin' over words to say ♪" The five teens sang, other Palm Woods teens gathering around them, listening to the band. "♪ Cause I don't want to keep you guessing, but I always end up getting, stuck, stuck, but I'm never giving up, up... ♪" The five trailed off as they heard and saw a pool side table move on it's own. The door leading to the lobby then slammed shut, prompting everyone to scream and run off.

"Carlos, it wasn't a ghost." Lilly said for the millionth time as the five made their way into apartment 2J.
"Then what was it?" Carlos asked, again.
"It was the air conditioner, which kicked on in the lobby, created a back draft, and caused the doors to shut." Logan explained.
"So how do you explain the ghost table?" James asked.
"We'll tell you that later." Lilly said as she and Logan gave each other looks.
"I'll tell you two what it was. It was ghost, and it could be after us." Carlos panicked.
"There is no ghost that is after us." Kendall said. A loud banging at the door made James and Carlos scream and jump, running towards Logan. "Guys, chill." Kendall said to all three boys.
"You'll see that as soon as I open this door, nothing terrifying will be behind it." Lilly said and opened the door, immediately met with Gustavo.
"Hey, my mansion is flodded, and I need to stay with you dawgs tonight." Gustavo said to the five teens, who all screamed, huddling together.
"Hmm. I was wrong." Lilly said as the boys nodded.

A few minutes later, Gustavo sat on the couch, being handed a cup of tea by Mrs. Knight while the five teens, plus Katie, stood together. "Don't you think you'd be more comfortable in, like, a five-star hotel that's not here?" Kendall asked.
"Yeah, I can't stay at any L.A. hotels." Gustavo responded.
"Why not?" James exclaimed.
"Well, James, I am a member of the hotel unwelcome list along with Russell Crowe, all the members of Aerosmith, and the original host of Blue's Clues. The '90s were a wild time, boys and lady." Gustavo explained to the five teens as he dropped the tea bag onto the coffee table.
"Well, of course you are welcome to stay." Mrs. Knight smiled, picking up the discarded tea bag.
"Mom!" Kendall yelled, getting his mother attention. "Did you see that thing in the bathroom?" He continued.
"Yeah, the bathroom!" "Oh, yeah!" The other four teens spoke over each other as they all rushed into the bathroom, shutting the door behind them.
"Mom. You're a really nice person, and that's one of the things I love about you." Kendall said.
"But don't let him stay here." Lilly and Carlos pleaded.
"We get so much Gustavo during the week that the Palm Woods is where we like to take a break from him!" James exclaimed.
"Yeah, plus he's a man-beast." Logan added, whispering the last part.
"One night is not going to kill you, and doing nice things for people who aren't so nice is nice." Mrs. Knight explained to the five teens n front of her.
"Plus, he pays your rent!" They all heard Gustavo say from the other side of the door. Logan quickly opened the door, revealing the man. "Now, when's dinner?"

"All right!" "Yeah!" The six kids cheered as Mrs. Knight placed down a plate full of fishsticks and tatter-tots, each grabbing a handfull before placing it on their respective plates.
