The five members of Big Time Rush were at Rocque Records, trying to record a new song.
"♪ and right from the start, you had to break my heart ♪" Kendall, Logan, Lilly and James sang in a somber tone.
"♪ and now I can't find all the pieces, yeah! ♪" Carlos sang, happily dancing and snapping his fingers, while his four best friends looked at him.
"Cut! Cut!" Gustavo shouted, stopping the happy boy from singing. "Carlos, this is song about when a girl destroys your heart. So why are you singing so happy?!" Gustavo yelled, making the five teens in the booth take a step back.
"Uh, cause I'm happy?" Carlos answered, sounding it like a question.
"Carlos, just try to remember the first time a girl broke your heart." Kelly suggested.
James let out a laugh. "Uh, for that to happen, he'd have to have a first girlfriend." He explained, making Kendall and Logan start laughing.
"Guys, don't be mean." Lilly said to the two boys.
Carlos let out a fake laugh as well. "Die!" He grumbled out and shoved James backwards. But James came back and tackled Carlos to the ground, leaving the other three teens to try and stop the fight.
The five teens eventually ended their yelling when Gustavo pressed a button, making a high-pitched whistle and a blinding light appear in the sound booth.
"The new 'stop fight' button works." Kelly commented as she and Gustavo watched the five teens cover their ears and eyes as they slowly fell to the ground.
The lights and noise finally stopped when Gustavo took his hand off the button, the group of five jumping back up. "I'll make some changes to the break up song, and I'll record you all later- seperately. Until then..." Gustavo trailed off and pressed another button on the control pannel, shoving five yelling teens out of the sund booth.
"New 'eject' button works too." Kelly smirked.
"Yep." Gustavo answered.

The five teens ended up back at the Palm Woods, each going their seperate ways. Lilly was on her way up to the apartment, distracted by writing in her notebook, when she ran into someone.
"Crap, I'm sorry-" Lilly apologized, quickly picking up her notebook that she had dropped.
"Ah, Lilly Mitchell. Just the blonde beauty I was looking for." Ash smiled, taking a look at Lilly.
"Hey, Ash." Lilly said with a small smile.
"I have a little bit of free time right now, so I was hoping you and I could go on a small date." Ash said with a hopeful smile.
"I'm sorry, Ash, but I can't. Logan asked if I wanted to go see this new exhibit on Venus with him and I already said yes. That's kinda why I bumped into you in the first place." Lilly explained with a small grimmace.
"He's upstairs?"
"No, he's out by the pool with Cami. I was gonna go drop off my notebook and meet up with him. Can we take a rain check for that date?" Lilly asked.
"Sure, I have this audition that I have to get to in a few, but I'll have free time later. Just text me when you get back." Ash responded.
"Thank you. And I'm sorry again, it's just I already-" Lilly tried, but was cut off by a kiss.
"Lills, you don't have to worry. You already have plans and we're meeting up later, so it's all good. And I can go drop this off for you." Ash said, taking the notebook from Lilly's hand.
