"Party at mine." A popular girl named Emily shot Billy a wink, handing him a paper flyer in the process.
"Are you kidding me? I'm right here?" Eden scoffed, glaring at the girl.
"Oops. Sorry. Hope to see you there Billy." Emily rolled her eyes at Eden before passing Billy a flirtatious smile, walking away.
"I swear to god i regret dating you sometimes." Eden rolled her eyes, slamming her locker shut.
"What did i do?" Billy became defensive.
"You're just hot! Plus you just let them flirt with you and give them idea." The girl muttered, obviously insecure.
"Okay, and I'm with you." The teen boy shrugged, wrapping his arm around Eden's shoulder, she noticed the flyer and snatched it out of his hands to take a look at it.
"Valentines bash, come see Cupid to meet your match? This sounds fucking dumb." She crumpled up the paper, throwing it somewhere behind her.
"Hey! Maybe I was going to go to that." Billy quickly looked back, but after almost tripping he decided to advert his attention forward.
"And not invite me? No way." Eden shook her head as they entered their English class, taking seats next to each other as about a month ago Billy got that kid who once sat in the middle of the two to swap him seats.
"Obviously I'd go with you. You just didn't let me get there because you were too busy being jealous." Billy smirked, leaning back in his seat as the teacher came in to announce their lesson plan.

"Billy what even is valentines attire?" Eden exclaimed, searching through her closet."I don't know, like reds and pinks and shit."
Eden rolled her eyes, finally deciding on a sparkly red mini dress. She had to show up every girl who'd have their skanky little eyes on Billy tonight. Since it was still early February, she decided she couldn't just go out in a dress that barely covered her behind, so she began scanning both her closet and room to find something to pair with it. She decided she'd also wear some sheer black tights but that wasn't enough. She was stumped, that is until she laid her eyes upon the perfect accessory to her outfit.
"Your jacket. I'm gonna need it." She pointed to Billy before sticking her hand out.
Billy was wearing his red button up he was supposed to wear on their date last November, along with some darker jeans and of course his boots. He let out a laugh before taking off the jacket and handing it over.
"All yours, doll." He smirked as the girl began changing in the center of her room, flinging her clothes every which way.
Eden already had her hair and makeup done so once she finished changing and paired her outfit with some black heels she walked over to her vanity mirror, taking a look at herself. She looked at the way her dress hugged the small curves she had, and worried that she might actually flash someone with how short it was. Billy's leather jacket was draped over her shoulders, not wanting to slip it fully on. Finally, she turned to her boy friend to get a second opinion.
"How do I look?" Eden asked, standing with her arms at her side awkwardly.
"Kind of slutty." Billy decided he'd be honest, "but hot." He had to add.
"Good. Let's go, we're late." Eden smiled as she lead the both of them out of her room.
"Why do you look like a prostitute?" Eddie asked, mouth full of chips as he lazed on the couch.
"Why do you look like that." Eden snapped, talking about his entirety.
"Ouch." Eddie faked being hurt and told the two to be safe before they walked out the door.
___
"Eden chill out. Why are you being so fucking insecure?" The night was now half way over and due to how much alcohol Eden took in she wasn't being the most fun person.
