"Billy we graduate in a week!" Eden exclaimed as she held the boys arm walking into Hawkins high.

"I know. We finally get out of this shit hole." Billy smiled at the girl.

A few months had passed and after an explanation from Eden on why she was so insecure the two came out stronger than ever. Billy had become harsher toward girls who flirted with him and by now most steered clear of the boy. Eden also found new confidence at the endless compliments and adoration that came from the boy. The two had grown a connection unlike either had before. They changed how they acted completely once they got around each other. Two cold hearted loners that ignited at the touch of one another.

"When are you planning to go to California?" Eden smiled.

"I'm going to work some this summer and hopefully by next fall I'll be out there. Have you heard back from Berkeley?" Billy beamed, the two had decided they wanted to be together, so Eden decided Berkeley was her first choice school.

"Not yet. I sent my application late though so hopefully they'll get back to me by summer." Eden explained as the two headed into their first period.

"You'll get in, babe. I know it." The teen assured his girl as he placed a gentle kiss to her hand while they sat.

"God they are so cute." A teen girl whispered to her friend, causing the couple to smile at one another.
___
"Billy! I-I can't find my shirt." Eden shouted in a panic as she scanned the living room for it.

The two teens were in the midst of a heated make out session before hearing a car pull into the Hargrove driveway.

"Got it! Hurry, go to the bathroom." Billy practically shoved the girl in the rest room as he tried to walk as casual as possible back to the living room.

The door flung open right as Billy got to the end of the hallway and his father, Susan and Max all flooded into the house. Max immediately made her way to her room while Susan and Neil took off their coats and hung them on the coat rack. The toilet could be heard flushing before the faucet turned on.

"Who's here, boy?" Neil squinted his eyes at his son and billy cleared his throat.

"It's just Eden. She came over to help me with our exam in English." Billy explained, pointing to the English textbook and paper surrounding it that they used for a ploy.

"Oh, hello Susan, hi Mr. Hargrove." Eden gave a small smile as she exited the bathroom.

"Hi dear, how are you?" Susan asked with a smile.

"I'm good, ready to graduate." The teenage girl nodded, wrapping her arm around Billy's.

"Well i plan to watch the television. Take this studying to your room." Billy's dad shooed them and the teenagers began to pick up their things before heading into Billy's room.

"God we are never doing that again." Eden giggled as Billy shut his door.

"Why not? It was fun." He smirked, walking over to the girl and roughly pressing her body against his as he grabbed her hips.

"We would have been dead if we'd been caught." She smiled up at the boy, wrapping her arms loosely around his neck.

"The thrill is what makes it fun." He mumbled before placing his lips onto hers again.

"William Hargrove, you take my breath away." Eden giggled before the boy picked her up and took her over to his bed, laying both of them down to cuddle.

"You do the same for me, Eden Munson." Billy smiles before pecking her lips.
___
"Goodbye Susan, bye Mr. Hargrove." Eden waved as she began her walk out of the Hargrove household.

"Eden," Neil called cussing the girl to stop in her tracks, "call me Neil."

With a smile and a nod she continued her way out of the home, Billy hot on her heel. Once they reached Eden's car they stopped and Eden gave Billy wide eyes.

"Am i high or did your dad actually say something nice to me for once?" She spoke causing Billy to let out a loud laugh.

"Definitely not high, but I think he is." He had no clue as to why his father was suddenly being nice to the girl he resented.

"I'll see you tomorrow, kay?" Eden smiled up at the boy.

"'Course. Be safe, call me when you get home." He returned her smile before placing a kiss upon her lips.

Billy stepped back so Eden could open her car door and hop in. He watched her turn the car on and smiled when she gave him a small wave before backing out of his drive. He didn't even turn around until Eden's car was long down the street, worrying of the girls safety. Finally with a sigh he shoved his hands in his pockets and headed back into his home.

"Boy, come here." Neil called once billy shut the door.

"Yes sir?" He asked as he approached his dad.

"Have a seat," Neil gestured toward the couch to which Billy sat down at, "why don't you tell me about this girl."

"What's there to know?" He furrowed his brows not understanding his dad.

"I only know the small details of her. I'd like to know who's been keeping my son chipper and out of trouble for the past 6 months." Neil shot him that rare small smile that Billy almost never saw.

"Well-" and Billy began to explain the girl, leaving out no details except sexual and he paused quickly by the end of his rant, making his father furrow his brows.

"Well, what else? I know there's somethin."

"Dad I- I love her."
_____

A/N: Billy's dad is literally the worst in the show but I felt so bad with how dim their relationship was that I had to add a little sweetness.
