"Aaanndd... Send." You hit enter, before leaning back in your black office chair. The poor thing was worn and torn with age, but could still handle you slumping tiredly into it. You picked up a chocolate bar you had sitting next to your mouse on the desk, snapping a small square off it and popping it into your mouth. You chewed idly, staring off at one of the posters to the side of your desk.

You were deep in thought when a flash on your computer caught your attention. A little, red (1) sat above your inbox. No way, right? You only sent in your resume a few minutes ago. You leaned forwards, dropping your feet onto the floor. You navigated your mouse, and clicked slowly. Unsure.

You sat, awestruck at the email for many, many moments. You snatched up your phone, throwing the contacts open to Dimitri. Ring, ring...

"Hey, what's up??" Dimitri barely got his first sentence out before your voice broke through his phone's speaker, "I'm got accepted for an interview??" You sounded wildly unsure.

Dimitri sat for a moment, just as dumbfounded as you, "But you JUST text me that you were about to send it?" You laughed, standing up from your chair and running your hand through your hair, "Right? They must be super desperate or something. I'm gonna book the interview for Sunday, that way I can start work the next morning."

There was a pause over the phone, Dimitri bit his lip. "Are you... sure? Monday is the grand opening of that thing. People are staying in hotels just to be able to get there first!"

You stepped out of your room, going to grab a drink from your fridge. "What? I thought they already did their 'grand opening'?" you made air quotes with one hand as you walked.

"Apparently, they were having trouble with some of the animatronics... So only the gift shops and stuff were open, there wasn't even a performance! They didn't even tell their customers!" Dimitri's words were hard to mull over. You knew Fazbear Entertainment was underhanded, but scamming? Yikes, what were you getting yourself into?

"Jeez... Just depends what position I get. I'm not qualified for anything like a tech, or even security! Like I said, I'm gonna get some janitor job..." You sighed, but you'd already thought about putting in your notice. There was no going back.

When you opened the fridge door, a refreshing soda practically smiled back up at you. It would've have been as appealing if it weren't for the lack of food items you had there. You lived alone in your little house on the outskirts of town, so you never really thought the need of keeping things super stocked up. A few pieces of ham, some cheese, a few sauces for those microwavable chicken nuggets, and a few drinks, and you were set.

"I-I really do appreciate you doing this for me...! But if you get into any trouble while working there, don't feel afraid to call it quits!" You could hear him as he turned away to mumble something about loss of info, and that was enough to convince you that you should feel a little afraid of calling it quits. Not of Dimitri himself, but the whining he'd do.
