You weren't sure if you were just excited for tomorrow, or even more nervous. You had been tossing and turning in your sheets for about two hours now. It was nearing midnight, but no matter what you did you were either too hot, too cold, too itchy, or too thirsty. At last, you decided laying around and doing nothing wasn't the way to go.

Flipping on a lamp on the couch-side table, you sat down and flicked through some channels. Unfortunately, no cartoons were still playing this late, but you could settle for a romcom as some background noise. You grabbed your sketchbook, and a pen off the tablet and began doodling. As you did, your brain aimlessly recalled the events of today. Before you knew it, you were thinking all the way back to when Dimitri had suggested it to you.

You had told him you'd keep note of everything, but you weren't much of a writer, finding comfort in just keeping events tucked in your memory. You chewed on the end of your pen for a moment, thinking about why Dimitri had wanted you to start working here. You had totally forgot, wrapped up in the events of playtime and naptime alike. Studying their AI almost felt a little intrusive, it was like asking a person what they're life purpose is. If you really were to study it, you know you wouldn't be going with straight-forward questions. Besides, so far the job seemed pretty easy, and you had a lot of free time with the two animatronics.

You scribbled a little sketch of Dimitri, then a pair of glasses, and buck teeth. Giggling, when you had to right too, you were also a huge nerd. At least you didn't still live with your mom. He was 21, and you weren't much older than him, so it baffled you that he stayed tied down. He was talented with robots, and coding especially. You looked up at the ceiling, flashing with lights from the TV, imagining how he would absolutely freak over spending time with Sun and Moon. It made you wonder how curious Sun and Moon were about how people worked.

Unfortunately, humans weren't as to-the-point in design. You weren't coded with specific rules and morals, but you sure had gained some as you grew. You wondered what would be considered morally correct for the boys. They were able to make their own choices, so it made you wonder what kind of implications that had.

Once you had sat for a good thirty minutes, your brain finally leading you to the trolley-problem. You decided that you'd empty all your ideas of what their conclusions might be via doodles. And so you did, until you promptly passed out on the couch.

Moon looked down in his hands, there was a pink crayon, and a page on the table with glittery macaroni pasted to it. Moon laughed, I thought we weren't allowed to do arts and crafts? Moon's thoughts prickled in the back of his mind, where Sun responded, Oh well our new friend said it was okay! The old inventory people don't handle our supplies anymore!! He was very excited, so Moon was happy.

Carefully setting Sun's supplies down, and ensuring nothing would mess with his newest project, Moon called his tether, and hopped over the door. Ever since they had given him access to the tether, he much preferred to use it than doors. It was more fun to him, even if it was troublesome. He unhooked it, and stepped around outside the entrance. Sun marveled at everything in the back of Moon's head, despite having seen it a million times before.

Sun never had any reasons to leave the daycare other than for maintenance, so he always enjoyed watching through Moon's eyes while he flew around on patrols. Of course until he got too bored, and eventually went to 'sleep' to charge.

They were pretty lucky in that sense. One being able to charge while the other is out. Moon often overcharged, and had more than enough energy to last him days due to his limited time out. He slowly crawled across the top of kitchen shelves, watching as security bots patrolled in circles. He always found them quite stupid looking, just going back and forth. Why they were patrolling a kitchen of all things was far beyond him, but it wasn't like he cared.
