"Another dream... great," I sighed as I was back in the maze but this time the Queen of Hearts was about to strike me with a tree, "Ahh!"

"For painting my roses red, someone will lose his head!" The Queen yelled as I bowed on the ground—cards coming to join in on my antics.

"Y-Your Majesty, if anyone's to blame, it's him!" The three of clubs exclaimed while pointing at the two of clubs.

But the two of clubs rapidly shook his head, "Have mercy, Your Grace. It was the Ace!"

"So it was you!" The Queen exclaimed while looking over at the Ace of Clubs who had red paint dripping from his head. The Ace rapidly shook his head while pointing at the two of clubs, "Gah, no, it was the Two!"

"Then he will pay!" The Queen raged as she brought the tree down almost hitting the two of clovers, but before it hit; the card cowardly exclaimed, "It was the Three, I say!"

"Enough of this, Off with ALL their heads!"

Then around me, I watched as the two of spades was wrongfully dragged away by two of the heart cards. "Oooooh! Yay!" The protector heart cards screamed out.

"Hee hee hee," the Queen laughed as she turned to walk off. However, in the corner of my eye the two of diamonds shook his head disapprovingly.

"A fitting end. Color, you can't mend."

"Everyone knows the roses should be red."

"(N/N), wake up. The unbirthday party is today. If we're late, well, you know..." I opened my eyes and saw Deuce shaking me from the comforts of the couch. Sighing, I sat up and stretched while Deuce apologized for waking me.

"That's right... The party's today," I groggily said while yawning and pushing the covers off of me. Sighing, there came a knocking at the door.

"Hmm? It sounds like you have a visitor." Deuce replied turning to look up at him I just gave him a small smile.

"Could you possibly get it for me?"

"Sure."

After a few minutes, a jolly 3rd year ginger came trotting into the room. Cater smiled while yelling, "Good mooorning! Did you all enjoy your sleepover? Did you bond over pillow fights and card games?"

Ace, who was sitting on the floor sat up and waved, "Oh, good morning, Cater. We did play some cards, yeah. But only Old Maid, 'cause that was the only one Grim knew how to play." Ace mumbled while glaring at the cat who just gasped in return.

"Ace had to have been cheating! I got the old maid every time! How is that even possible!" Grim exclaimed as I tiredly looked up at him while smirking.

"Maybe it's a skill issue Grim."
