Evelyn and Rosa are standing near Jake as two perps try fighting each other while being escorted by officers. Amy has to press up against Terry's desk to avoid getting hit.
"Whoa, settle. Sorry Sarge." She apologised to the large man.
She turns to the trio, "Ugh, Halloween is the worst. Everyone's drunk, wearing a mask, and carrying a fake gun. Plus all the girls think they have to dress sexy."
Evie looks at her girlfriend, starting their own conversation while Amy complains to Jake, "You got any sexy costume ideas in mind?"
Rosa sends a seductive smirk her way, "Yep." She leans over to whisper in the redhead's ear, "It's called "The horny girlfriend" and the costume consists of nothing. At. All."
Evelyn bites her bottom lip and subconsciously rubs her thighs together at the mental image, "I can't wait to see it." She replies in a quiet, breathy voice.
The Latina's smirk grows wider as she notices the hunger in her girlfriend's eyes. They decide to continue this later as Charles walks over in a weird costume.
"Buon giorno, buon giorno. Pretty cool 'stume, huh?" He asks proudly.
"'Stume?" Jake repeats.
"Short for costume." Charles informs.
"Ah. All right, let me guess. You are dumpy chuck norris." Jake takes a guess at the man's costume.
"No, I'm-" Charles is interrupted by Rosa.
"Dumpy Ron Weasley."
"No, wrong one. He looks more a dumpy Molly Weasley." Evelyn jokes.
"No."
"You guys, stop it. He put thought into his costume, and he is obviously Miranda from Sex and the City." Terry voices his opinion.
"Guys, I'm Mario Batali! "Molto Mario"? Celebrity chef? Ginger prince of little Italy?" Boyle states as if it's obvious.
"Is he also a homeless troll doll? 'Cause you look like a homeless troll doll." Jake points out.
"Hey, sweet Batali costume, dude." A perp compliments Charles.
"Thank you. There is a man with impeccable taste."
"He bit a guys butt off at a W.N.B.A. game." Jake tells him before making another guess. "Eric Stoltz from Mask."
"I'll take it." Charles accepts.

"I hope you're all well rested. It's gonna be a busy night." Terry tells the team as they're all gathered in the briefing room.
"The holding cell's completely full. I keep having to separate Hillary Clinton and Kim Jong-Un." Jake says.
"What a twist." Evelyn mutters getting a chuckle from her girlfriend.
"We need two undercovers at the Dekalb Street warehouse party. Uh, Boyle, you're already in costume as, uh, Joy Behar?" Holt asks.
"I'm Mario Batali."
"Okay. And, uh, Santiago, you go with him." Holt orders.
"Yes, sir. Damn it." Santiago says the last part under her breath.
"Santiago, I know that you hate halloween, but stick with me, and I promise you, you will love it." Charles tells her.
"Can you magically make everyone kind, sober, and fully dressed?" Amy asks.
"Kind, sober, and fully dressed. Good news, everyone, we found the name of Santiago's sex tape." Jokes Jake.
