After the whole being akumatized episode and Marinette breaking the news about their relationship ending plus finding out Jagged Stone is his real father, Luka had a lot on his mind. At the same time, he was glad to know that his favourite musician was his father but heart-broken that the girl he loved couldn't be with him anymore. As he sat on his bed, he took up his guitar and started to play. Somehow the music wasn't coming to him, it usually was pretty easy to come to him.

"I guess it's because I can't think straight after all this", he thought.

His sister, Juleka came in and noticed something was off with him. She sat down and asked him what was wrong. He explained everything even the part about Marinette breaking up with him.

"So wait, you're telling me that Jagged Stone is our dad?", Juleka asked surprised.

"Yep it's true sis", he replied.

"That's... a lot to take on and I'm really sorry things didn't work out between you and Mari. I'm sure you'll find someone who fits your harmony, Luka", she responded.

"It's ok, Juleka. I feel something more contributed to our break-up, Mari looked like if something was holding her back and it wasn't Adrien."

"But what could it be? Sometimes she hides things from Alya, Mylene, Rose, Alix and me, maybe it's that."

"Let's just forget it, Jules. I don't really want to think about it much longer", Luka said.

"Alright but don't forget there's always another way to play the song, Luka. Good night", Juleka responded.

She left his room to shower, whilst Luka sat down in thought. What did Luka do? What did he do to cause their relationship to end? If it wasn't him, then what forced Mari to end it?

He placed his instrument next to his bed, then laid down. He thought about all the good times they had together, like when they first met, he called her M-Ma-Marinette and it just stuck.
Another time was when they went ice skating with Adrien and Kagami like a double date. Even when he was akumatized into Silencer, he had never harmed her. That's when he first confessed to Mari about his feelings.
He smiled when he thought about her clumsiness, her kindness to others, her creativity and her sincerity. The last one made him second guess since it became rocky in their relationship. There was something Mari was keeping from him but couldn't say what it was.

'Whatever she's hiding has taken a toll on her', Luka thought.
