Warning: Mentions of Blood

Sketches grunted a bit as she took the large pumpkin into her hands. Being decently flexible, she was able to use her foot to ring the doorbell. A few screams caused her to flinch as the door opened to reveal Hybrid.

"Oh, hey Sketches, you need help?" She smiled and nodded. "That'd be amazing, the trunk's still open with a few more pumpkins." He nodded and opened the door wider for her to pass through and into the house.

As she attempted to carry the large squash into the kitchen, Rockabiee walked by. "Whoa, here let me get that." She said as she took the pumpkin out of her friend's hands. "What are these for anyway?" Rockabiee asked as she set the the pumpkin down on the counter.

She gestured with her head, asking Rockabiee to talk with her while they got the rest of the pumpkins. "I thought we could try to carve some pumpkins together." She shrugged. Rockabiee rose an eyebrow. "You are aware that literally none of us know anything about carving pumpkins, correct?"

Sketches chuckled. "It'll be fun, besides, we need something to occupy our time." She said. The two each picked up a pumpkin from the trunk. "Hybrid, Kiyochi and I are going trick-or-treating, though." She said proudly.

Sketches furrowed her eyebrows as she stared at the dark skinned girl. "You're full grown adults, you are aware, right?" Rockabiee playfully rolled her eyes. "You can never be too old for trick-or-treating." Sketches giggled as they set the two pumpkins they got on the counter.

"Since when do you like going out much?"

"Since it involved getting free candy for literally saying three words"

Sketches heard Hybrid go out one more time. 'He'll probably get the last of the pumpkins, there's only one or two anyway.' She thought as she lazily flopped onto the couch. Rockabiee eyed her with a slight smirk.

"You feeling tired?" Sketches pouted a bit at her. "That tends to happen when you spend your afternoon picking up pumpkins and placing them into your trunk." Her friend laughed at her sarcasm. "You look like Kiyochi on the weekends."

Sketches looked at her. "Speaking of Kiyochi, where is she anyway?" She asked, sitting up a bit. Rockabiee looked up the stairs. "KIYOCHI!" She hollered. Large stomps echoed around the house. "WHAT?!" A familiar voice screamed back.

The two looked at the girl who seemed to be holding a pair of scissors. Sketches now jolted up, seeing the scissors in her hand. "Kiyochi, why do you have scissors?" She asked carefully. Kiyochi looked at the scissors, then back to her roommates.

"Secret~" she smiled as she snipped then twice and disappeared back into her room. Rockabiee sighed. "I swear someday we're gonna have to pay for that girl's medical bill.." she mumbled. Just then, Hybrid walked in, two pumpkins in hand.

"Are we carving pumpkins or something?" He joked. Sketches nodded. "As a matter of fact, we are." His smiled fell as he set them down. "Wait, for real? We're gonna miss out on all the good candy though!" He whined. Sketches deadpanned. "You guys are actually serious about this trick-or-treating thing? The two nodded, smiling.

By now Kiyochi was downstairs, completely passed out the couch. Rockabiee was crisscross on another couch, her phone with a reference on one leg and her sketchbook in another. The brunette looked back and forth in concentration as she drew quietly.

Hybrid was grabbing a few knives from the drawer in the kitchen while Sketches was getting the pumpkins all set up. She turned to her girlfriends on the couch, lost in their own little world.  (by girlfriends I mean the platonic way)
