Zaijah,

Jamarni sat there bawling hard in my arms

Aiden stepped into another room to call Cynthia and Elijah told me he will be right back, he finna make a few calls.

Ashton came over hugging me, "He gon be aight sis, he has loads of connections in jail. I know my brother he prolly mocking the fuck outta them cops right now"

"He can't go to jail right now, they ain't getting out, that cop talking as if he has evidence. And what aggravated assault is they talking about" I looked up at him for answers but he shook his head.

"Ion know" he shrugged then let go of me. "Lil man yo pops good" he took Jamarni out my hands and comforted him.

I looked over at Liah who was staring at me with tears in her eyes. I walked over and pulled her into a hug. "They're going to be okay"
"Kal never been to jail before Zai only in holding cells"
I sighed and held her for a moment as Renata joined the hug.

Nya distracted Mel and watched cartoons on Jamarni's Ipad.

We all sat down in silence trying to figure out what the next move is. Eli walked back into the room.

"We have a few connections with the police so I figured out what's going on. Where Aiden at? Aye Aiden!" He shouted and Aiden came strolling in.
"Yetina bring the kids into JJ's room and stay with them aight?"

She nodded and took Jamarni from Ash and held Mel's hand as Nya walked behind her.

"Renata you need to leave too" he folded his arms and mugged her.
"The fuck nigga? What fo', just cause ion wanna sleep with you again?" she scoffed and left apartment not wanting to create drama.

"What Eli? Ma is on the way" Aiden scratched his head with a mug on his face.

"They arrested them because Kal and Rey decided to fuck up a nigga called Sean and threaten some bitch called Nadia. Apparently they reported them and they got evidence on em. They're being transported to a county jail as we speak" he huffed, "They questioned them and they both said as little as possible"

"No!" I screamed and Lyon pulled me into his arms and I cried hard. "HE HID THAT FROM ME" I tried to stop crying. "We had an argument about me visiting my parents and he stormed out, and he hurt them? What the hell" I wiped my tears and stared at the floor.

"How the fuck did he know where they lived?" Kaliah butted in and I shrugged.

"They left me out too" Eli shook his head.

Dell ran a hand down his face, "They prolly wanted to protect you dawg and knew they'd get caught up"

"I mean, Rey does impulsive shit and Kal is usually the one to stop him so I don't understand how they got caught up" Lyon threw his hands in the air.

"I heard Kal burning clothes in the backyard the other day so I don't understand how they slipped up" Elijah sighed then sat down. "I gotta head to the trap to inform the gang. Zai i'll be back aight? Imma drop by the crib and get my stuff" he dapped everyone up then hugged me  before leaving.

Cynthia arrived a few minutes after Eli left.
"Where my grand baby at? Why Rey locked up? Are y'all good?"

"We're okay mom" Aiden answered. "The kids in JJ's room and Eli headed to the trap"

Aiden was angry but was trying to play it cool in front of all of us. I could tell he was getting frustrated with all the crying around him.

"I'm going to stay at my parents for a bit" Liah said with Mel on her hips.
