Chapter 19

"Rey Rey!" Nya waved at Rey as she entered the house. Dell and Lyon followed in behind her.
"Hey Nya, how are you?"
"I'm good" she took off her shoes and proceeded to walk to Rey.

"They haven't found anything yet, Neil didn't tell them about the plans with Zai" Lyon said with his hands on his hips. He didn't like seeing this cousin this way since Eli caught him up on how he was head over heels for her. He was happy his cousin finally stopped being careless with women.

Rey clenched his jaw and glared at nothing in particular. A few minutes later Aiden and Ashton arrived.
They dapped everyone up and hugged Nya before they all sat down in the living room.

Ashton pulled Nya on his lap and started to play fight her.
"Why we here?" Aiden asked as he leaned back on the sofa.
"Because Neil kidnapped Zaijah"
Ashton snapped his head towards Rey. "Who the fuck is Neil?"

"The nigga from 44" Aiden told Ashton in an obvious tone.

"My sis is kidnapped" Ashton retorted and everyone shook their heads because of how slow he was acting.

"And you said not to bring drama here" Lyon added which caused Rey to roll his eyes.

"They- they kidnapped Zai?" Nya's lip quivered. Everyone forgot she was in the room until now.
"Nah they just borrowing her for a bit" Dell told her but tears rolled down her eyes.
"I'm not stupid uncle Dell, the bad people took her" She walked over to be comforted by her father.

"I miss mama" Nya was full on crying in Lyons arms. Well mama don't miss you he wanted to tell her but just picked her up, ignored her statement and hugged her.

"As far as I know, it's only Ramon and Neil at the wharehouse right now. We need her out by today otherwise she may be d-" Rey stopped his tracks and swallowed. "Fuck man! I can't have anything good in this life, everything around me gets damaged" he stood up and ran a hand down his face.

"I doubt Ramon would kill her, if he loved her that much" Kalin thought aloud.
"Even if not he'll rape her cuh" Rey punched a wall.

"Cut that shit out! Zai ain't dying and y'all need to get it together or she will" Ashton cut in.
"Fuck you Ashton" Rey pointed at him and sat down.

It was eating Rey up inside because he didn't know what his next step was or how to find Zaijah. It was an eye for an eye for Neil and by the end of the day he knew Zai would be dead.

Rey grabbed his car keys and walked out the house.
"Shouldn't one of us go after him?" Eli folded his arms.
"Nah, he needs too cool down" Aiden rubbed the top of his hair.

Zaijah,

"Ramon" I fake moaned as he started kissing on my neck. I pushed him off me and stood up and ran to get the gun Neil left behind.
I pointed it at him.
"You a worthless whore that's why I should have r-"
I sent one shot to his kneecap and he was bleeding out rapidly.

"You knew how much I loved you Ramon and you tried that shit on me in a classroom?" I started crying again.

"I only wanted you for one thing Zai, and so does Rey. Why do you think he cheated on you huh? It's because he only wants to fuc-"
"Shut up!"

"It's the truth Zaijah, accept it, why else did he cheat? For fun? No it's because your nothing but a good fuc-"
I punched him in his jaw and sat on top of him continuously punching him. I grabbed the gun and stood up and shot him repeatedly till all the clips were out.

I finished blacking out and I ran over to him and I cried against his body.
"No i'm sorry I didn't want to kill you, I don't want to be a murderer. Shit i'm going to prison" I cried hard. I wiped off my finger prints on the gun and put it in his hand so it seemed like he was shooting too.
I took the gun out of his pocket and shot around the wharehouse then took it with me.

"I'm so sorry Ramon but you deserved it" I looked at his lifeless body one last time and walked out the wharehouse.
"Zaijah?" Neil ran up to me and grabbed me. We tussled on the floor for a bit but I shot him in the arm.

"FUCK OFF!" I shouted and I ran for my life. The area was in a depot so it was quite empty. I heard bullets fly past my ear as I ran. I ran and ran until my legs gave up and I dropped on the floor.
I controlled my breathing and stood back up, I checked if any of his bullets hit me and it did. In my upper right arm. I put a hand over my mouth and screamed in pain, I ripped my shirt and tied it on my arm to stop the bleeding.

"God please" I cried. I walked and walked. I saw a car drive past and I hid assuming it was Neil.
I was getting very weak. I walked until I saw houses and I knocked on the doors. I've been to 5 so far and the last one I rang the doorbell and I passed out.
