Driven to be the number one hero

Chapter 43

After school Izuku took Eri to the park again. She loved playing on the swings Izuku would push her and she would squeal in joy. A little girl her age asked if Eri wanted to play with her. Eri looked at her dad and he smiled at her and said its fine have fun. The mom's that were in the park loved how the young man was playing with the child. One of the mom's sent her daughter to ask the little girl to play with them. Izuku sat on a bench watching Eri have fun when a woman walked up to him. Is that your little sister the woman asked. Izuku smiled and said no she's my daughter. Another woman walked up and sat with them and asked where's her mother. Izuku simply said she's no longer with us. Are you single another one of the mom's asked. Izuku began to blush and said yes when he noticed two men slowly getting closer to where Eri was playing with the other kids. 

He doesn't look that tuff.  I bet we could knock him out and snatch Eri before anyone could notice our faces said the first Shie Hassiaki members. Remember what Chrono said don't try to get the girl the second Shie Hassiaki member said. But think about the clout we could get if we brought Eri back said the first. I don't think i want to be the one to explain to Chrono how we botched our mission if we fail said the second Shie Hassiaki member. Listen with our powers we could take the girl and be gone before the hero's get here I'll attack the guy and you snatch the girl it simple said the first Shie Hassiaki member. They were both looking at Izuku when they both began to feel uneasy when he stopped talking and began staring at them. Then the women and children began staring at them. Izuku's eyes started glowing green and then women and children's eyes began to glow as well. Both of the criminals began backing away not wanting to get caught afraid of the unnatural sight. It was bad enough the were going to have to explain that they were spotted. Both men fled the area not wanting those unnatural eyes staring at them a moment longer than necessary.

Izuku released the Illusion the women and children didn't even realize what happened. Izuku watched as both men backed away then began to run. The women were so focused on Izuku they never noticed two men beginning to sprint away. Izuku smiled at the women and said that he had to leave but they would see them soon. Izuku called Eri and she came running it's time for us to leave. Can we come back again Eri asked. Izuku smiled and said not today but we can come back so you can play. Eri smiled and took his hand as they left. When they got home Izuku went into the kitchen and began preparing dinner and he told Eri to wash up. 

All Might arrived when they were setting the table for dinner Eri was already in her All Might PJ's. All Might washed his hands and joined them at the dinner table. Izuku asked All Might if he could get Eri a pendant just like the one he bought for him. All Might instantly understood why and said sure. All Might looked at Eri and asked her what was her favorite color. Green like my daddies eyes. All Might smiled and said ok. After dinner they sat in the living room and watched one of Eri's favorite movies how to train your dragon. when it was over Izuku told Eri it was time for bed. Eri got up and gave All Might a hug and kiss goodnight and asked Izuku to tuck her in. When Izuku was done he sat next to All Might and told him about what happened in the park. All Might was always amazed with how versatile Izuku's power really was. But what really amazed All Might this time was how Izuku used his power. He cast an Illusion that scared the villains and none of the people around him knew what was happening. 

Ochaco was in her apartment she felt like she was falling behind the other girls that were trying to gain Izuku's affection. Momo was going to have dinner with him this weekend Tsuyu already has had dinner with him twice plus her little sister is Eri's friend so he'll be going over just so Eri could play with her sister. Then it hit her her parents were going to be in town for open house at school. She'll invite him to meet her parents while their in town that thought warmed her heart. She pulled out her cell phone and called her parents to let them know to bring some nice clothes for dinner. She was going to finally introduce them to Izuku.

Momo was nervous tomorrow Izuku was coming over for dinner. She and her mother were going over all the details to ensure that everything was perfect. Her father walked into their great hall and looked at both of the women that he loved working together with smiles on their faces. He smiled and said that everything looked great but Izuku didn't strike him as the type to be into anything this fancy. Momo looked at her father and simply said that is no excuse for us to not place our best foot forward. You really care for this young man he father said in a soft voice. I do Momo said, dad he is amazing I've never met someone so humble. Nobody in our class knows that he is rich besides me. He helps everyone without a second thought he puts the needs of everyone else above his own. Dad if you could have seen him when he saved me or when he saved that little girl. Dad i really want you to like him and i hope i can get him to feel the same about me.
