The word about Bakugo challenging Izuku spread like wild fire amongst the female student population. Most of the girls curious about the quiet man that personally rescued three people in the school and is now raising the little girl he saved from the yakuza. There were also rumors that he has never kissed or dated anyone despite being a hunk. So by the time Izuku arrived to meet Bakugo there were already a bunch of students waiting. Bakugo was busy stetting up three deferent drum sets each one adding more and more stuff. Izuku had stopped by the Karaoke club and borrowed one of the Karaoke machines and was rolling it into the room.

Great its the battle of the meat heads Monoma said laughing as he saw the men set up for the challenge. Kendo looked at Monoma and said if you don't want to get pinned to the ceiling by Pony i recommend that you shut up. Pony looked over to the class of 1-B and said your in for a treat Izuku can sing. Izuku looked down to Eri what would you like me to sing. Eri smiled and said some of those song grandpa plays when he thinks nobody's home. Izuku smiled and said ok. Bakugo said ok nerd three shots and since we have a lot of nosey bodies here. we'll let them pick the winner. Izuku smiled and nodded his head. I'm up first Bakugo said and began playing the drums

A lot of the male students got amped up by the drum solo but unfortunately for Bakugo most of this crowd were female and didn't care for metal. Eri covered her ears and when he finished she looked at him and said you just made a lot of noise just like your quirk. This made most of the onlookers laugh. Izuku said guess I'm up now and hit play on the Karaoke machine.

Izuku looked to his audience and began to sing he could see the look of surprise on their faces. Most of them didn't know he could actually sing next because of the type of song it was. A bunch of the girls started texting their friends saying that you need to head over to the music department right now Izuku singing and he sounds good. Eri was sitting on Ochaco's lap Momo and Tsuyu sitting right next to them. Pony was sitting next to Kendo and Tokage all three swaying to the music and when he was done to crowed erupted with applause. Kendo looked at Pony and said i bet you'd love to show him what love is Pony blushed. Bakugo was pissed this nerd could actually sing ok nerd round two. Bakugo got up and went to the next set of drums and began to play.

Bakugo got into the beat and he played something that catered to the crowd knowing that if he didn't change his approach the nerd would crush him with his sappy songs. This time around when he was done the whole crowd was clapping loudly. This gave him the validation he wanted he looked at Izuku and sneered top that nerd. Izuku stopped and thought about what to sing next then he asked the crowd and a girl yelled please sing a sad song for me. Izuku picked out another classic and began to sing.

Izuku walked up to Pony first and looked into her eye's as he sang she began to blush and then he walked over to Ochaco, Momo and Tsuyu and sang to them. All of the girls blushed as he continued to sing. As he backed away as the song was finishing he looked into the girls eyes that asked him to sing a sad song she had tears rolling down her face. Izuku pulled out some napkins and walked over to the girl and wiped her tears away as he finished singing. this caused a group of girls to scream out in excitement The crowd exploded as Izuku backed away from girl and bowed to the crowd. More students entered the room as they walked in they began to ask what did they miss.

Hey nerd that's cheating you're flirting with the crowd Bakugo yelled. What ever I'm still going to win these idiots know what real talent looks like he continued. But I guess I I'll just have to bust out the big gun's now. If this doesn't guarantee me the win then that just means that these losers don't know what real talent sounds like. Students began pulling out their cell phones for what should be an epic performance.

Even Izuku got up and clapped after that performance. Dammit nerd you're not supposed to clap for me you should learn to be more salty. Monoma looked at the two competitors in shock. They are supposed to be talentless meatheads he said to Kendo. Monoma thought Izuku's only talent was to be able to take a punishment by acting like a meat shield. Bakugo was only supposed to be good for yelling and blowing stuff up. Monoma realized that he needed to reassess these two as Izuku began to sing his third song. Any final requests Izuku asked. She's like the wind professor midnight said from the back. Ok Izuku said and began to sing.

As the music began he walked over to to Momo, Ochaco and Tsuyu the girls practically melted as he sang to them. Then he walked over to Pony kneeled down and sang to her the girls of 1-B erupted with screams and cat calls. Pony turned bright red Izuku smiled as he stood up and continued to sing. It wasn't until he finished singing that he realized how many people were recording him sing. That made Izuku feel a little embarrassed. Professor midnight walked up to a Izuku and asked what was this about. Izuku told her about the challenge and professor Midnight said OK let's settle this. By round of applause if you liked Bakugo's performance let him know Midnight said. There was a loud round of applauds and Bakugo got up lifting his arms trying to Amp up the crowd. OK quiet down professor midnight said if you think Izuku won let him know by round of applause. The roar that exploded out was deafening Izuku blushed he wasn't used to being the center of attention. And the winner is Izuku professor midnight exclaimed.
