"Sooo, Ella Kate. Tomorrow you're skipping day care, and we are going to Starbucks!" I said happily. She smiled at me, still admiring her new out fit in the mirror.

"But why? Tomorrow we are going to learn twinkle twinkle little star..." She said this a little sad.i made a sad face and replied,

"I will teach you twinkle twinkle little star! And you NEED to cause I have a surprise there..."

Her eyes widened like Shawn would do when he was exited.

"What is? What is it? Mommy tell me, tell me!" She said jumping up and down.

"It's a surprise, I can't." I said sadly. I pretended to zip up my mouth, and she giggled.

She walked up to me and pretended to unzip it.

We both laughed.

"Mommy, I don't want to go to bed!" Ella yelled.

"Princess I let you stay up 2 hours past your bedtime, you're going to sleep!" I said sternly.

She made a pouty face and looked at me.

I rolled my eyes and picked her up and carried her to her room.

Once she was in her P.J.'s, I set her down in her bed and covered her up with her blanket.

I Sang happy birthday to her one last time. Then went to my room.

I hope tomorrow goes good...

"Ok Ella, since you're done eating you need to go brush your teeth!" She nodded and went upstairs.

I followed behind her as she went in my room.

She likes my bathroom more then the hallway bathroom. I don't know why.

She brushed her teeth and so did I.

After we did our morning routine, we headed out the front door.

As we walked to the car I could hear her singing.

"Needle and the thread gotta get you out of my head, get you out of my head.."

I smiled and asked,

"What are you singing Ella?" She smiled and replied, "Shawn"

She continued to sing stitches all the way to Starbucks. It was really cute.

Once we were in Starbucks, I saw there was a lot of people. More then usual..

I texted Shawn and told him.

Gracie: there is a LOT of people at Starbucks...

Shawn: ya, there was a 'sighting' of me so I guess girls stopped to get Starbucks before they hunt me down.

Gracie: oh, ok. So wanna meet some where else?

Shawn: Nah, it's fine. I'm sure they are leaving now.

Shawn was right, the girls were dying down. Only a couple people left.

I didn't respond, instead I waited nervously for Shawn.

"Ella.." I whispered. She looked over at me and waited for me to say something else.

"Your surprise is a person. And when you see this person, you're gonna wanna go bonkers. But I need you to sit and be silent only if I tell you to talk. If you're good I will buy you a bunch of candy... ok?" she nodded and locked her lips and threw the imaginary key behind her.

It took Shawn about 5 minutes to finally get there. And when he did, my heart fell out of my chest and hit the ground. I swear I heard a it smash on the ground.

Ella Kate was playing on my phone when Shawn was walking our way. I could see the nervousness in his eyes, and he probably could see it in mine too.

He slowly sat down,not saying a word.

Ella looked up when she heard a chair being scooted. When she saw Shawn she dropped my phone. But I quickly picked it up, and she didn't say a word.

She just stared at shawn, and so did I.
