Chap. 23

I stared at Shawn in shock.
I smiled and said, "Yes Shawn I will be your girlfriend!"
He sighs in relief, and pulls me into a hug.

"What, did you think I was going to say no?" I ask. He shakes his head and hugs me tighter. I giggle and pull away from his grip. "Let's get going!" I say pointing to the exit part of the parking lot.

He starts the car and he begins to drive.
"What do you wanna do?" He asks.
I shrug my shoulders and look over at him than say, "can we run by star bucks then go to the mall?"

He smiles and says "Of course!"
Once we were at Starbucks we ordered what we wanted then drove to the mall.

I wasn't really gonna buy any thing, I just wanted to walk around.
"Shawn, lets go into bath and body works!" I say as I grab his arm.
Once we are in there Shawn says, "this place smells good!" I laugh at his comment.

I walk over to the candles and pick up a Hawaiian breeze scented candle. I pick it up and smell it and it was amazing. I held it up to Shawn's nose and he just smiled. "Do you want it? I can buy it!" He says. I Shake my head and say, "I'm just looking Shawn! It's fine, but thank you though."

I walk over to the lotions but Shawn doesn't follow me. After awhile of looking at the lotions Shawn came over with a bath and body works bag.
And I immediately know what he did, he bought the candle. I rolled my eyes and said, "you bought the candle didn't you?" He laughed and nodded his head.

"Shawn, are you serious?" I said as I took the bag out of his hand. He just smiles. "Thank you Shawn."
We walk out of bath and body works and head to forever 21. A few girls in the store recognized him and got pictures. I think it's amazing how so many people adore him.

We hit a couple more shops, then decided to leave. We got in the car and drive home. I didn't realize how late it was until I checked my phone.

It was 10:30. I know that's not that late but is thought it was like 7:00. It gets dark pretty early so keeping time is hard. "Want me to drop you off at your house?" Shawn asks. "Yes please." I say.
After about a 10 minute drive, we were at my house. "I had a fun day shawn, bye!" I say then hug him. He hugs me back and kisses my forehead. I walk into my house and take off my shoes. I sit down and just think about Shawn.

What is this boy doing to me?
