My love, nothing can break these arms

In your embrace, this crowded room doesn't matter

But dancing like it's our own stage

My love, I just wanna say that you look incredible tonight

Incredible – James TW

Aria

"So what's going on here?" I opened and closed my mouth a couple of times, unable to form a coherent thought. "You are going to tell me everything," she said as she tugged me towards my room. "And you," she paused, pointing at Luke. "You need to change. The boys will tell you what's up."

Next thing I knew, we were closed in my room and she was smiling like crazy at me. "What's going on?" For the first time, I noticed she was rather dressed up. Crystal was in a fitted black dress with sheer sleeves.

"We are all going out to dinner and as you get ready, you are going to tell me what the hell I just saw out there. Now hurry up and let's get you dressed." We rummaged through my suitcase, searching for something good to wear. Crystal found the dress that I had tucked away, thinking it would never use it.

She shoved me into the bathroom to get changed. As I slid on the dress, I instantly felt self-conscious. It was an emerald green, satin dress that had an asymmetrical hemline. The dress clung to every curve of my body exposing more than I felt comfortable. It was held up only by two thin straps, exposing much of my upper chest. I don't know how long I spent second guessing myself in the mirror when Crystal burst back in. "Oh my god," she whispered.

"I know, it looks terrible-" I didn't even get close to finishing before she crossed the room, silencing me with her hand. My eyes widened at the slight scowl on her face.

"Don't even start, you look absolutely stunning! If I wasn't happily married, girl you could have stolen me." She nudged me with a smile. "You are going to give Luke a heart attack tonight. Now let's finish getting you ready!"

As Crystal helped me get ready, I told her everything. Even though Luke and I agreed to stay silent for a while, she did catch us so no matter what lie I came up with it would have failed. She promised to keep things a secret between us.

Ashton, Luke, and Calum had already left for the restaurant by the time our car arrived. Michael, Crystal and I piled into the back of the car and took off to dinner. From the corner of my eye, I could see the couple talk to each other snuggled together. I couldn't help but feel slightly jealous that they were so open. Really I shouldn't feel this way because of Luke and I's agreement but I couldn't help it.

"So sweet Ari, my darling wife told me she saw something interesting tonight." I whipped my head toward the smiling couple.

"Sorry, I can't hide stuff like this from him." I couldn't be angry at her even if I tried.

"I promise to keep it a secret and if I don't you may do as you please to me." I let out a small giggle at this. When we were kids, if Michal broke a promise he let us get retaliation on him in whatever way we saw fit. "I understand why you two are keeping it on the down low but you know Ashton is going to be ecstatic for you, right?"

"I'm sure he would be but it just doesn't feel right after he got his heart broken." The couple nodded at me with a smile. "I'm not worried about the other two finding out, I know they will be happy for me. What I'm truly scared of is going public."
