Miranda POV

**present day**

Everyone stared at Kevin in absolute shock. What the...
"Did you guys like it?" The whole group started talking at once. I'm still not over the fact that he killed me! Why couldn't someone else die in his book? I was so fierce!

"I can believe you killed me off Kevin! After all my character has been through. I feel betrayed." I muttered.
"Not all stories have happy endings Mir!" Kevin replied.
"I wanted to liiiiiiiive." I whined
"At least you didn't become a maniac!"
"Shut up Scott! I wanted to live!"
"Your character didn't!" Well he's not wrong...

I turned towards Josh as he wrapped his arm around his back. "Maybe one day our fairytale will come true." He kissed the top of my head.
"Stop being so cute ohmygosh." Kirstie, who was never actually shot, gushed.

"So Kevin made himself look good in his own book but I was a wreck!" Mitch complained.
"A cute wreck" I poked my brothers cheek. "Next time we're kidnapped, don't let me do all the work, Mitchie!"

"So will there be a sequel?" Avi asked.
"Maybe, I need to get this one published first." Kevin said.
"But then I wouldn't be in it! No fair!"
"Stop whining Mir, you were literally in this entire book." I shrugged and cuddled into Josh's side.

Let me get this straight. My name is Miranda Grassi. I was born on July 24 with my twin brother Mitch. I have long brown hair that falls way past my shoulders. Growing up, I had a really great life. I had great parents who supported both Mitch and I.

While Mitch went to live his dreams of singing, I studied to be a doctor. That's where I met some of my best friends, Delaney, Steven, Corey, and Dylan. To this day we still hang out constantly

Josh is definitely the best thing that's ever happened to me. We met watching a surgeon do an operation. So romantic right? Those internship days. At the age of 24, I'm still in school but should be graduating in no time. Josh and I are definitely ready to get married soon. He proposed infront of an entire audience at a Pentatonix concert. He had the guts to get up there and sing too. That boy.

Kevin's first story is far from what actually occurs in our lives. Mitch and I have an extremely close bond since we basically do everything together. Steven is not plotting to rob me, at least I hope. He's simply a restaurant manager. My mom is not abusive, but instead loving and supportive. But I did stab a guy once... kidding.

Other than that, I dated Scott for like 3 days but we just didn't click. It's only slightly awkward now. I'm the closest with Avi because he has the best music taste and he knows how to make you laugh. I am so grateful of the amazing life I've had so far and I can't imagine it being any different.

I turned toward Kevin, "I think you should write an alternative version."

A/N: This is the end! I hate to see this story end so soon but it cannot go on forever. I want to thank everyone who has supported me through this story and this first one. I'm going to start a completely new story soon, so stay tuned. THANK YOU ::::::)
