As you walked to his house your heart was pounding out of your chest. Your sweaty palms refusing to stop excreting the fluid. He had told you everything when he got to your apartment. Your mind raced, imagining all of the things that could go wrong.

What if his mom doesn't like me?

What if I say something on camera?

What if I say something in front of his family?

As you walked up to the front door of his home, you looked up at him nervously. He reassured you by squeezing your hand and with that, he opened the front door. As soon as he did so, the head of a girl turned from the TV. Darting up from the couch, the young lady raced over to you.

"LIGHT IS THIS YOUR GIRLFRIEND!?" she squealed.

"SHE'S SO PRETTY!"

"HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO GET SUCH A GORGEOUS GIRL LIKE HER!?"

She bombarded you with many compliments making your face turn pink. So far things are going well. And you had only been in the house for 15 seconds.

"Sayu, this is y/n. Y/n, Sayu...", He spoke.

"WOW! I'M SO GLAD TO MEET YOU", she said excitedly.

"Likewise", You smiled at her genuinely.

Light tugged on your hand gently, a signal to you that he was finished talking to his sister.

"Come on, Y/n, let's go upstairs" he said to you, darting his head towards the kitchen.

"Mom, can you make us some tea?" he asked aloud, hoping that his mother would hear.

You walked up the stairs, your hand still in his, trailing behind him. His home was so much bigger than your apartment. You hadn't noticed it before. The last time you were at his house you were a bit frantic. You slowly approached his door and came to  a stop in front of it. He opened the large door slowly and you followed him into his spacious room. It was quite boring in all honesty.

The scholarly high school student was oddly normal, it would make anyone wary. He had no posters on his walls, no video game consoles, and none of the books on his shelf were fiction. It seemed as if he spent his whole life studying. His family was boring too. His parents were loving and supportive, and they were happy together. He had a stay-at-home mother and his father had a nicely paying job as well. If you didn't already know the truth, one might think it was all too suspicious how average this family was.

As you entered his room, you looked at his book shelf. He had books on history, biology, psychology, and plenty of books on architecture. You pulled out a book with the cover: Architect In The World, however, there was something hidden in it. A thin magazine lightly slapped onto the ground. You bent down to pick it up, only to see that it was a playboy. You turn your head for your eyes to meet his. He shrugged in response.

"The covers mislead you every time", he spoke nonchalantly.

"Hey, Light!", we heard from downstairs.

"Come on, dinner is ready!" Sayu projected her voice.

We went down the stairs and got ready to sit at the table. Your eyes scanned the surroundings and saw Sayu giggling and kicking her feet at the television in front of her.

"I love you...always", you heard the man on the TV speak.

You watched as the woman standing in front of him dropped her umbrella to meet him with a kiss. You giggled and elbowed light. Turning his head to see what you wanted, you lightly raised your finger and pointed at Sayu.
