The Act

Sanjana's POV:

In the taxi looking out of the window at the beautiful weather, I took a breath of relief. Last night and till few hours ago we were worried, stressed, and what not. But now there is a kind of peace. I took a deep breath when my phone popped with a message.

I looked its from Kabeer sir.
"WE NEED TO TALK! ASAP"

"Yes sir, Once I come back to the office. I'll tell you everything. Now, you go and rest" I typed back.

The taxi stopped at the airport and I got off I told the driver to wait and take us back home. I waited near the entrance. After a while my brother's attire came to my vision. I smiled widely forgetting all my worries. He ran and I too..

I jumped onto to him and he too lifted me up in the air. My eyes started to water.

"I missed you so much!"
I said crying by now.

"I missed you too!" He said and we broke our hug.

He kissed my forehead and we smiled widely.

"So, how is everything here?" He asked smiling.

"I'll tell you all that later! Let's go home first"
I said and pulled him with me.

We kept his luggage in the bonnet of the taxi and sat inside, all the way he told me about everyone at home. He called mom and told her that he reached safely. I told him about the family we are staying with and random conversation went till we reached home.

At night before going to bed I got a call from Ankur sir. He said I can take leave as my brother has come, I actually need rest and break from everything that has happened past two days. Not cause of my brother but boss. So I agreed and took the coming offer.

Just before closing my eyes I thought of how I found out about Annie's plan.

One night ago:

The event was almost over all were about to leave when I wanted to use the washroom.
I was inside one of the toilet when I heard a recognizable voice. I kept put, leaning my ear to the door.

"Ahh...huh...I'm so furious"
She screamed fisting her hands.

"Babe, calm down"
Said another female voice.

"How am I to? This is insane. Everything went according to our plan, but this Sanjana all because of her. Shit Shit Shit"
She said again and threw something on the floor.

I guess it's a sanitizer bottle.

"I'm not going to leave this matter here. I need to do something" She said in anger.

"What are you planning to do?" Asked the other girl.

I immediately took out my phone and put the recorder on

After a few seconds she spoke...

"Victor bring me that new drug which launched in the market last week ASAP!"
She said eagerly.

"Yes, I'm at Blue heaven!"
She said and cut the call.

"What is running in your mind?" That girl asked Annie with fear in her voice.

"Go to my room and do as I tell you" Annie told that girl.

"Okay!" She replied went out.

"Kabeer Singhaniya is finished!" She said and stormed out banging the door.

I came out slowly and looked no one is there. This girl is really impossible. I need to call Kabeer sir and tell him whatever she's planing.

I tried calling him but his phone is switched off. I called Ankur sir, he too didn't answer. Eventually I called Sam and he picked up. I told him everything on the phone.
