We all went back to the rooms and began packing before we all met at the entrance. "Hay yu-yu, I've been looking for you, what's with that draconic overlord in your hand, that could of help you." I said. "I'll use it in my next match okay, I'll promise to use it in my next match." Yu-yu said. "Hay you two, why don't we head to wonder hill right after we get home so we can cardfight." Someone said. "Danji? Are you sure it's a good idea to fight days before the finals?" Yu-yu asked. "Why not, I can go for a few battles one on one." I said. "You're kidding, you two are going to go at it agin. No offense big bro but lulu beat you last time." Someone said. "That was a low blow Megumi, he haded me against the edge of the ocean." I said. "Don't put it that way, Tomari already left for work with Zakusa. I'm sure we'll see them by the time we get to wonder hill." Danji said. "Oh yeah, I forgot I had plans today so I can't tag along." Megumi said. "I can't either, my opponent is unknow so I have to prepare." Yu-yu said. "You two are no fun, well Danji, what about a rematch?" I asked. "I got a text just now, something came up, I gotta hit daybreak before heading to wonder hill." Danji said. "What about you urara, since everyone else is busy wanna go get some ramen, there's no point on trying to cardfight now." I said. "Okay, I have no plans so let's go." Urara said in excitement. Two hours passed and I sat on my bed silently. "I could go for another bowl by now." I said to myself. "LULU TASHIKARIE, HOW DARE YOU GET EXPELLED!" Mom shouted. "SHE FOUND OUT!" I shouted in fear. I quickly grabbed both decks and poncho before jumping out the window. I quickly struggled putting the poncho on before it began raining. "OH C'MON, WORSE DAY EVER!" I shouted. "Lulu? Why are you out here?" Someone asked. "Yu-yu? I would be asking the same thing." I said before sneezing. "I was out getting new cards, and you?" "I got expelled, and she called out my full name." I nervously said. "If that's a bad thing then why don't you come with me, my sisters aren't planning anything." Yu-yu said . "Okay then." I said. I began following behind walking in the cold rain. "There's some room over here under the umbrella, you'll catch a bigger cold than what you have now." Yu-yu said. "The tournament is in a week, a little rain won't slow me down." I said. We finally made it to yu-yu's house while I stood there behind. "The rain is pouring hard." I said. "You can dry off when we get inside. My mom is cooking so I also hope you're hungry." Yu-yu said before opening the door. "I'm home, and I brought a friend if that's okay." Yu-yu said. "Oh, it's fine, yu-yu can you get the plates ready." "I'll help to Mrs. Kondo." I said. Minutes passed before sniffing something in the air. "You like that huh, this cake is for the tournament in the end, I wonder who will be against him in his next fight." I watched the rain outside before seeing thunder rumble. "Lulu, what are you going to do with that fork?" Yu-yu asked. I slowly pointed the fork out the window before looking closely. "Strike me down." I silently said. "Yeah I think that won't work in here." Mrs. Kondo said. "Mom, I just got a call, dad is coming home." Akiko said. "Yu-yu, can you and lulu go get some more eggs then, I don't think we have enough eggs now since your father is on his way." Mrs. Kondo said. "Okay, I'll go get ready." Yu-yu said. "I'll go wait outside." I said. We quickly ran to the nearest supermarket before stopping under some cover. "It's really pouring down, I wonder if we could make it in time." Yu-yu said. I began searching through my phone before looking towards the left. "Hay yu-yu, I found a short cut there, if we hurry quick enough we can make it to get the eggs and back." I said. "That's a great idea but do you really expect the rain to stop by the time we get the eggs, isn't it a bit strange that my mom sent us out to get eggs at this weather." Yu-yu said. "Either way your mom needs those eggs, here's the plans, you wait here, my stamina will only lay for a few minutes, when I give you the eggs then I want you to run as fast as you can to your house, I'll catch up later." I said. I began running towards the market before taking a sharp turn. "I'll be back in a few minutes alright." I said. Minutes passed and I quickly ran back. "YU-YU CATCH!" I shouted before tossing the bag of eggs. "I got it, try making it back on time." Yu-yu said before beginning to run. I sat down on the side of the road exhausted before standing back up a minute later. "I wonder how far he's gotten." I said to myself. I began walking before being stopped by a car. "Hay there, what are you doing out on the rain?" Someone asked before pulling down the window. "Tohya, I haven't seen you ever since that lost, is everything alright?" I asked. "Yeah, I came across yu-yu so he asked me to pick you up, I won't take you home because yu-yu told me what happened." Tohya said. "Thanks a lot Tohya, you're a life saver." I said. I quickly got in and got the seatbelt on. Toby quickly parked near the house flinging me forward. "THERE YOU ARE, I THOUGHT YOU GOT LOST!" Yu-yu shouted. "Thanks a lot Tohya, see you around." I said. "Ready to go in." "Anything's better than being out in the rain." I said. We were greeted by a overwhelming darkness every corner. "Anyone home, mom, Akiko, yukiko this isn't funny." Yu-yu said. "The area around us smells bitter but sweet, if someone was here they covered the house with something bitter to block off my nose." I said. We slowly walked towards the living room before the light quickly switched on. "CONGRATUlATIONS!" We both cried in fear before falling back. "Are you two okay, we didn't mean to scare you." "Megumi, why are you here?" Yu-yu asked. "A surprise party of course, you two are fighting the two strongest fighters in the tournament of course." Danji said. "But, the things you haded to do earlier?" I asked. "I was getting some party supplies." Megumi said. "Me, mirei, and Haruka gathered some cards while buying snacks." Danji said."you four really didn't need to, but thanks you." Yu-yu said. "Yeah, but there is no guaranteed that we'll make it pass them." I said. "I'm just here because both Danji and lady Mirei asked me to, and I didn't think you were going to be here, may I ask for a rematch." Haruka asked. "I'll take you on anytime, you were the greatest opponent I haded in the tournament yet." I said. "Well then, looks like some people want some revenge from our last fight, okay yu-yu let's do this." Danji said. "Well mirei, we haven't fought, so lets keep track of who wins or loses." "Actually, I wanna try my luck against yu-yu and lulu." Mirei said. "If you insist, it'll be a repeat like last time." I said. "Oh I'm sure it won't, Mirei has been thinking." Danji said. "Why didn't I make it to the finals like those two." Megumi said. "Don't worry, why not fight yu-yu to." Danji said. "Well yu-yu, hope you're ready to cardfight." I said. "You bet I am, I'll take you on megumi." Yu-yu said. "I think I can take the bot of you at the same time, I do want to try out this new deck." I said. "Two at the same time, lulu is being more cocky than normal." Megumi said. Hours passed to night until the rain finally stopped. "I should get going, my mom is probably worried." I said before checking my phone. "What's this email?" Yu-yu asked himself. "I'm not the only one?" "Let me see that." Haruka said before grabbing yu-yu's phone. Haruka slowly read the email before widening her eyes in shock. "There's another person in the tournament, the winner of the finals will be facing them." Haruka said. "A secret fighter, no way, does it say what deck they're using?" Danji said. "I'm afraid no, it only shows what nation they are using, and it's keter, but it also said shadow paladin." Haruka said. "No way, I heard of them, there's this one card I heard of that can retire any unit they choose." Yu-yu said. "You mean this card, it's called blaster dark, it can retire any unit." I said pulling a card out of my pocket. "You carry this with you? I never knew you would gather other cards besides the deck you go with." Danji said. "We have a week to prepare and relax, but plus the expelling then I won't be having time anyways." I said. "Well in that case, I'm expecting you two to win to fight in the finals, lulu I can try to pull some strings but you have to win." Megumi said. "Why do I have a feeling that I don't like where this is going." I said. "Don't worry, it's a win win for the both of us." "Yeah I don't like where this is going." "Megumi are you okay?" Yu-yu asked. "I'm saying I'm able to get you into my private school, we don't want you leaving before the tournament finals are near." Megumi said. "It's just a tournament, I wouldn't mind having to move country's, besides, you all have my number." "But who's going to fight yu-yu in the finals." Megumi said. "I'm just going to go home, I'll star preparing for the finals as best as I can." I said.
