You and Chrissy had the same motives...

I guess you two were truly a perfect pair.

JAYDEN HAD A RESTLESS night due to the fact that her head had been killing her. She tried to sleep and then a sharp pain would wake her right back up.

She was scared this had been because of Vecna, but Jayden hadn't seen him since her first vision with Chrissy and seeing the clock. And she didn't almost get brutally murdered yesterday, so why was he taking so long?

She tried to think, but she couldn't think much with Steve, Dustin, and Lucas chewing in the backseat, she hated it. She sat in the middle row of Nancy's car, between Vera and Max. She also hated sitting in the middle, it always made her carsick.

"Not to be a wimp, but can I maybe sit in the car for this visit? 'Cause, this is gonna totally and royally suck." Robin complained, glancing at Nancy.

"It'll be fine." Nancy countered, focusing on the road.

Jayden shook her head. "Headaches say otherwise." She whispered, slapping a rubber band against her wrist. If it had annoyed anyone in the car, they had chosen not to say anything.

"I can't stand to see those dull eyes of Eddie's break again. I really, really can't." Robin said, zoned out.

Steve chomped down on a Pringle, his attention being pulled to the front of the car. "At least he can drink himself into feeling better." The older Harrington raised the beer into the air.

Max chuckled. "That's what my mom does."

Jayden sighed, pulling the rubber band away from her wrist and letting it slam down, again, again, and again.

"How about we give it a trial run?" Robin suggested, turning to face Nancy, "'hey, Eddie. Uh, good news first this time. We got you some Dustin-approved junk food and that six-pack that you requested. Oh yeah, and we found Vecna. Only the bad news is that he's in that other, darker, much scarier dimension, that we told you about and the gate's closed, so we have no way of getting to him. Like he's entirety shut off to us, so basically you're screwed. And, no, no, I know you were already screwed, but now you're, like, doubly, triply screwed'."Robin spewed out in, what seemed, like one big breath.
