"Meg? Your son..our grandson is here" Lois spoke with a tone of relief sweeping through as she and Peter watch Meg and her son snuggling. She could see that Meg was crying in joy in the wake of reuniting of her son.
Their grandson was here at last!
"How did you get him back?" Peter was suprisingly serious for a moment, and Meg glanced at him looking slightly shock. Her father wasnt usually his serious but he does have his moments she supposed.
"Well the funny thing is.." Meg gulps slightly "My ex just returned him to me"Meg said glancing down at Zack, who was sleeping peacefully. "It was a huge suprise for me too and mad at him at the same time" she added.
Lois and Peter glanced at each other. They are more angry on her behalf than Meg was herself. To think that her ex would do this to her and everyone who have gotten involved in this kidnapping mess.
"You want to see him? I mean you did come here right" Meg said as the two parents blinked in shock. "Are you sure Meg? You were pretty mad at us" Lois pointed out. "So it doesnt mean you cant see the baby. Im not that selfish" Meg finished.
"Aww Meg!" Her parents went to her side as Meg gave the baby to Lois, allowing her to held her new grandson. Zack was so tiny and handsome, as he snores peacefully.
"Im sorry Meg" Lois gave her daughter a teary look "Im sorry that I was such a bad mother. If I had known that you were pregnant, I wouldnt have push you away. You have every right to hate us Meg" Lois sniffed softly.
"Yeah Meg. You didnt have to gave us the baby, as we dont deserve this" Lois nods as her husband speaks with solemn "Like what your mother said, we are sorry that we treated you unfairly"
"Thank you for speaking the truth" Meg said "I need sometime to think things through you know. I want to give you a second chance but its hard since you guys treated me poorly thoughout my childhood years" she explained.
Both parents can handled that.
"Take your time" Lois told her daughter who nods silently.
Meg wasnt sure what was her future at this point.
