"Hey Trish wanna hangout today?" Said my best friend Tabitha who I met a few months back since I live in a new life now.
"Can't I gotta homework to do but later perhaps" I suggested and she perked up a bit "Okay Meg. I gotta go" She smiled at me before leaving back home.
I sighed peacefully. For the last couple of months has been peaceful. Like no more being the black sheep anymore and I get to control my life just how it should be.
Yes I do own a small apartment that is close to the school. Yes I got a part-time job that pays good amount of money and should be set until the baby came.
I felt a pang of bittersweet moment. My whole family is going to miss my baby's birth since they dont know about it. I thought hard through.
They keep treating me like crap so why should I let them into my baby's life I thought angry at the way my family treated me.
I guess at the end all I need in my life is only positive people in my life and that isn't my family.
