"Your phones ringing" Marco points out and the girl press the answer button. "Hello?" She said and there was someone talking to her from the other line.
"Really thats great!" She grinned happily feeling tears in her eyes. He titled his head sideways curious of the conversation.
"Whats going on?" He ask as she hung up the phone. Meg turned to him with a big smile on her face, it was glowing.
"Chase woke up! Hes alive!" She cried and Marco smile warmly. At least that was he least of her worries now.
"I gotta visit him!" Marco tries hard not to grimace. His heartbreak was pounding hard against his chest. He knew he lost to chase..maybe she was feeling stress during the time and used her feelings for him as an advantage..man what a dumbass he was!
"Marco" Meg spoke with hesitation and he looked up at her silently. Her eyes shows a hint of concern. He gave her a reassuring smile and said "go visit him. I watch our son"
"Thanks I owe you one!" He watched as Meg grabs her things before closing the door leaving him alone with his boy.
Things he would do for this girl..even if it means sacrifice his love for her..exchange for her happiness.
