Peter griffin is consider to be an idiot by most people. He was consider useless and not much of a man or more like manchild.
He knows he like pushing other people's buttons for fun. Meg is the main person who he used to pick on and was fun to teased.
Peter knew when he have gone too far with his pranks. Yeah this time he knew because Meg ran away and never did come back like she usually does.
Peter Griffin cannot believe what he is admitting to but he misses Meg and he weirdness. He know that he is a shit father to her and his other kids but not once he ever fully hated his kid even if he says he does.
The whole family was mopping and he couldn't do anything to help them but just wished that is he wasn't the lousy parent then maybe just maybe Meg would come back home.
