Chase couldn't help but felt guilty for making Meg cry, he made his girlfriend cry and its all his fault! He knew he shouldn't get upset about jt but he just was.
He didn't mean to yell at her or even pick a fight with her. She means everything to him! Then when Marco was mention, he couldn't help but felt very bitter.
They had more history than Meg and him ever did. Hell they had a son together for crying out loud! So maybe he did got jealous of him and took it out on Meg but he didn't mean to!
