Chapter 2

After most people left. Fabian and Nina came out of the dinning room laughing and holding hands. "I still can't believe Alfie, And Jerome managed to start a silly string war!" Nina said still pulling some out of her hair and off her clothes. "Totally awesome!" He replied. Nina continued to laugh as she pulled a few more stings from his hair that he failed to retrieve. "Urg , I though I got it all!" He said. "That's okay!" Nina said taking his hand again. They went to the table that was near the attic door and sat at the two chairs. Nina sighed as she held his hand from across the table. "I'm so glad we're back together!" She said. Fabian looked into her eyes again. "Me too". He replied. They shyly looked to the ground before Nina leaned over the table and kissed him again. At first his pupils were wide and large because he didn't at first expect it. As he kissed back, he closed his eyes and cupped a hand around her cheek. Her kisses were soft and gentle. Although they were in a house filled with others, they felt as if they were floating on a white puffy, cotton candy like cloud floating freely in the sky of blue. Without stopping, they felt themselves standing up out of their nimble wooden chairs. Fabian stroked her hair as they continued to make out in the middle of the hallway. Suddenly, one of the downstairs doors opens and Eddie walks out of his room. Fabian and Nina stop instantly and pull away from each other. He glared at them curious for just a slight moment, then a smirk spread across his already curious and mischievous looking face. "Get a room you two!" He exclaimed then walked into the kitchen to make another one of his "boy sandwiches" as joy called them. Fabian and Nina blushed and laughed silently. Nina took his hand and headed upstairs. Nina took Fabians hand and they ran up the stairs only to be stopped by Amber. "Whatcha two doing?" She asked all peppy and jumpy. Fabian and Nina looked at each other. "We were just..." Fabian started. "-hanging in my room." Nina interrupted. Amber smiled at them both. "Do you know how cute you guys are?" She said. Fabian smiled at Nina who's cheeks flourished a bright red. "Aww! Anyways, Nina I need to talk to you", Amber said pulling her away from Fabian. He looked a bit disappointed but he sat at the top stair to wait for her. Amber shut their bedroom door behind her and sat Nina down on the bed beside her. Amber appeared to be jumping up and down with big excited eyes. "Nina! Nina! Nina! Nina!" "Amber! Amber! Amber! Amber!" Nina mocked. Amber placed her hands on Ninas shoulders and shook her. "YOU AND FABIAN ARE BACK TOGETHER!" She exclaimed. Nina smiled. "Yay!" She said. "Why are you not exited!" Amber questioned. "I am! I'm trying to be respectful to those who are sleeping !" Nina said. "Oh sorry!" Amber said. Nina was silent but still smiling. "You should thank me!" Amber suggested. "Because...?". "Because I gave you guys the chance to get back together and I did!". Nina smiled awkwardly. "Thanks Amber", she said hugging her. "If he hurts you, let me be the first to know!" Amber exclaimed. "I doubt he will" Nina said. "People can be deceiving!" Amber said. "Okay thank you" Nina said releasing from the hug and went out of the room. "I warned you!" Amber yelled out. Nina went and sat next to Fabian. "What was that all about?" He asked. "Congratulating me and she warned me about you hurting me" Nina simply said. "You know I'd never hurt you right?" He said looking into her eyes. "I told her that". She smiled. "But I also know in here you wouldn't" she put her hand over her heart. He smiled and kissed her. "I'm going to bed, goodnight" Fabian said smiling. "Goodnight" Nina replied. She stood up and watched Fabian descend down the wooden stairs then went to bed for herself, all happy and full of love.
