All the couples were excited to spend their summers together. All but..fabina. Nina wished he could visit, he would be just like Eddie taking Patricia with him to America. Only he asked and he couldn't afford it. That or his parents don't trust him. Either way he wasn't going. He told her. She was heartbroken but they still have text and Skype but it's never the same.

~at breakfast~

All the couples sat sprawled around the room eating breakfast. Joy tagged along with mick who was still roaming around.

~with Fabina~

Nina leaned her head on Fabians shoulder and picked at her food. She really didn't want to leave his side. They were sitting on the ground by the large windows. Fabian constantly kept looking at Nina ensuring that she was awake. The previous night they literally spent the entire night awake and together. As their "last night" together they wanted to spend as much Time as possible together. Naturally, both of them were sleep deprived. "Nins, are you awake?" He asked shaking his shoulder. Nina nodded her head and sat back up. "Sorry fabes I ju.." Her eyes closed and her head tilted back to the wall. "Nina!" Fabian said shaking her gently. She jolted upwards, really upwards. She hit her head on the chair that was beside them. "Ow!" She exclaimed clutching her head. "Are you okay?" Fabian asked setting his plate down and turning to her. "Oh sure , yeah I just hit my head on a wooden arm on a chair. No biggie, I may be bleeding, have a concussion, dying. It's all good!" Nina said sarcastically and laughing. "Haha funny let me see" he said going on the other side of Nina. He took her hand off her head and studied her head. "Your not bleeding, having a concussion or bleeding I think your okay" Fabian said. Nina smiled as he kissed her head. "Thanks Simon!" (Any shadow hunters out there?!) She said sarcastically and happily. "Been stuck in the book world for a while have you Nina?". Nina laughed and pulled Fabian down beside her and hugged him desperately.

A few house later...

Everyone was packing their things. Jerome and Mara were the first to leave because Mara had to carpool with Jerome, which she didn't mind, to get to their vacation destination with the Clarke's. The Americans were next to leave because of their early flight.

~with Fabina~
Nina went out of her room with Amber trailing behind her. "Oh I'm going to miss you so much! Oh, maybe when I get that break during fashion school we could hang out! I soooo call hitting the malls!" Amber exclaimed. "I haven't even left yet and your making plans!" Nina said laughing as she pulled her suitcase out of her room. "I always have to be prepared, that's what the bible says, right?", Amber questioned. Nina laughed. "How many times do I have to tell you amber it's BOY SCOUTS!" Fabian yelled from down the stairs. "Am I really that loud?" Amber exclaimed. "Uh yeah amber, it's really bad. You need to work on that!" Eddie yelled from down the stairs also. Amber covered her mouth with her hand and gracefully walked down the stairs. Nina laughed and took her suitcase down the stairs. Amber engulfed her in a hug. "Uh..amber...can't...breathe!" Nina said. Her grip tightened. "Amber seriously" Nina was barely audible. Amber finally let go. "Oh I'm going to miss you so much" she said. "Me too" Nina replied. The other residents hugged the Americans goodbye. While Eddie was conversing with Patricia about their summer Fabian and Nina awkwardly stood holding hands and looking to the ground. Finally Fabian said something, "I'm going to miss you so much" he said. Nina looked up. "Me too". She looked desperately into his eyes. Fabian tried to smile for her but it killed him to see her sad. "Come on Nina we're going to be late" Eddie said kissing Patricia goodbye. Nina looked at Eddie then back to Fabian. She stole a quick kiss from him and hugged him. "Goodbye", she said. He stroked her head and replied "Goodbye". Nina released and smiled sadly at him. She then trailed Eddie out the door and to their awaiting cab. .
