Allie leaned over, tilting her head as Coco showed her two sheets of wrapping paper.

"I think the stripped one would look better," Allie said.

Coco smiled, setting it down. She began to cut a sheet off, and said, "You're a lot better to get advice from. Whenever I ask him which wrapping paper, it says that it doesn't matter, and that I just need to wrap the presents as fast as I could. He's always so bossy."

Allie smiled a bit. "Yeah. Has he always been like this?"

"For as long as I've known him," Coco shrugged, folding one of the corners.

Allie nodded, scanning everybody else. She crossed her arms, resting all of her weight on one leg. Her name was called, and she looked behind her, seeing her Dad walking up. Man, the de-Santificaton process was working it's magic quickly. He looked almost like he had eight years ago. Allie patted Coco's shoulder as she walked over to meet her Dad. "What's up?"

"I'm going to see Charlie," he said. "I think...Do you want to come with me?"

She almost said yes. It had been years since she had seen her brother. Whenever he shook the ball, she always opted out of going, her job preventing her from having a free moment, and if she slacked off for even a second, Bernard was on her case, and wouldn't leave until she was done, just to make sure she finished the job.

But she felt as if she couldn't go. It was so close to Christmas, and it was always really strict around the holidays. Bernard always had her supervise the opposite side of the workshop as him so they could work ten times faster.

So, reluctantly, Allie shook her head, her eyes scanning everywhere but her Dad. "I...I would like to, but...it's really close to Christmas, Dad. I think I should stay until we get things settled down. You...you can go out, find a wife, make sure Charlie's behaving, and once Christmas is over, I...I can try to visit him."

Scott stared at her. He knew she was busy, being an elf and all, but it almost felt like she was always finding a way to get out of seeing Charlie. Slowly, he nodded, though he scanned his daughters face, watching as she looked a little guilty. "If you're sure."

"Mhm." Allie hummed, though even that sounded unsure.

Scott gave her one last look, before walking off, getting ready to head out.

Allie sighed, crossing her arms. She knew she should probably go and see her brother, she missed him dearly, but Allie almost felt guilty going to see him now after practically ignoring him for nearly eight years. So, she didn't go, despite it breaking her heart.

The blonde girl sighed, turning back to Coco, focusing on the girl's wrapping paper.

"Hey, Dad, when you go see Charlie, could you tell hi—" Allie stopped short, her brows furrowing.

Curtis and Bernard shared nervous smiles. They watched the girl as she pointed slightly at the fake Santa, waiting to see what she'd do.
