"It is Santa!" Charlie gasped. "You killed him!"

"Did not!" Scott defended. "It is not Santa."

"Well, he was." Charlie said.

Allie stood beside her brother, her eyes finding an abandoned red and green Santa hat. The girl picked it up, despite her Dad's protests. "Allie, put that back!"

"My ears are cold." The girl answered. "And I lost my hat."

She pulled it on, pulling it over her ears. She felt a chill go up her spine, and she passed it off as it being cold.

Scott bent down in front of him, his eyes scanning the man. "He's got some ID on him, I bet. Fella, if you can hear me, I'm just looking for your identification."

"He's dead, Dad." Allie said, then felt a sharp pain in her leg as he pinched her. "Ow!"

Her Dad reached into his pocket, and grabbed the card out of his pocket. " 'If something should happen to me, put on my suit. The reindeer will know what to do.' Yeah, right."

There was a jingling on the roof, and the three Calvin's looked up. Allie stood up, craning her head to try and see what was up there. Her eyes went wide, and she saw a sleigh and reindeer. She clenched her eyes shut, and then shook her head. The cold was getting to her. Yeah, that was it. There wasn't really a dead guy in her yard, nor was there a sleigh or reindeer up on her roof.

But, when she opened her eyes, everything was there. The girl sighed, rubbing her face.

"Dad! He disappeared."

Allie looked at the guy, and saw nothing but his suit was left. The girl looked around, but there were no footprints around. Her Dad pulled a disgusted face. "He's naked somewhere."

"You gonna put on the suit like the card said?"

"No, no."

"Come on, Dad. I wanna go, too!" Allie rubbed her eyes, listening as her brother began to whine.

"Stop it, Charlie. We're not going anywhere."

Charlie yelled, "You never do what I wanna do!"

Allie stepped in. "Because anything you wanna do is stupid."

"It is not." Charlie snapped, his face heating up as his sister taunted him.

"It is so." Allie said. "You–"

"Okay, okay, stop it!" Scott said, giving his daughter a glare. "Would you both please be quiet for a minute so I can figure this out?"

Allie rolled her eyes, and turned to walk inside, but ended up walking straight into a ladder that had not been there previously. She clutched her nose, glaring at her brother as he laughed at her. "Where the hell did this come from?"

"Allie, watch your mouth–"

Charlie ran forward, climbing up the ladder a little. "Look here, Dad, Allie. 'The Roe Suchak Ladder Company'."
