Today is Monday. The big day.
Ito na ang araw na makukuha na namin ulit ang deal at makakauwi na ng payapa ang isip ko dahil naibalik namin ang Casa Mendez.
I glanced at my watch. Thirty minutes before the meeting. Inayos ko yung suot kong pencil skirt and gave myself a last long look at the mirror.
My hair is okay, make-up is light as always, and my lips—my lips are swollen and--
No. Not that. Napailing ako at pumikit. Nilayasan ko na yung salamin at nagmadaling lumabas. Hindi ko alam kung mabigat ba ang dala kong bag na puno ng papel at ng laptop ko o sadyang nahihirapan lang akong huminga.
I tried to breathe. Siguro talagang kinakabahan lang ako para sa kahihinatnan ng meeting with Mr Mendez ngayon. Huminga ulit ako ng malalim bago ako kumatok sa kwarto ni sir. Para akong nababaliw noong unti-unti niyang binuksan yung pinto.
"Sir, good morning, sir." Bati ko sabay tingin kaagad sa sahig. I have planned this so well para hindi masira ang agenda namin ngayong araw. I know it very well na magiging awkward right after that night kaya naman ako na ang gagawa ng paraan... and that is to act like nothing happened.
Dahil ngayong araw na 'to ay business day. The big day.
"Good morning, Tiana." He replied.
Breaking all my rules, my eyes went up to meet his. All of a sudden, the memories of last night came back to me without even a warning.

Napahawak kaagad ako sa buhok niya noong hinalikan niya ako. His lips are against mine and I was too surprised and drunk to even respond. He was warm, soft, strong, and inviting at the same and it was hard to ignore him.
So I tried to kiss back.
When I moved, I heard a low growl coming from him, and I thought he was trying to say 'give me more'. I don't know how to kiss, I have never been kissed before, ngayon lang. I pulled him closer because my body seemed to have the mind on its own and it's betraying me.
I felt his hands holding me, pulling me even closer to him until I found myself drowning with the heat and rush of everything. I have learned to follow the movements of his lips, and he starts tempting me to open myself and I did.
