Natasha had chosen club for her bachelorette party. She tried to convince Bhavika to go to the Hard Deck, but Bhavika told her absolutely no to that idea.
Bhavika put some leg compression sleeves on underneath her jeans, instead of using her bulky braces. She bent down and laced up her tennis shoes, before looking in the mirror adjusting her leather jacket and brushing the curls out of her face.
There was a car honking outside and she rolled her eyes, grabbing her purse and crutches before making her way outside and getting in Natasha's truck.
"Jeez, could let me put my lip gloss on." She chuckled and pulled the tube out of her bag.
"No we have to go. The rest of the group is meeting us at the club, which happens to be 20 minutes away." She emphasized the last few words.
"Like that's far away. You already spend too much time at the Hard Deck. Try somewhere else for a change." Bhavika looked at her and Natasha rolled her eyes.
"I happen to like the Hard Deck, thank you very much." Natasha said.
"Oh I know you do, hence why I chose a different place. You need a change of pace before your big day."
"Fine." Natasha smiled.
They pulled into the parking lot of the club and got out of the truck. They walked into the club, strobe lights and music was blasting through the air. It wasn't the soft country they were all used to hearing.
"Phoenix!" Bradley yelled and waved them over. "Hey Bhavika."
"Hi guys." Natasha said and looked around. "This is different."
"Yeah...It's different." Bradley agreed.
"It's not the Hard Deck." Wren leaned into her hand.
"Okay, if you guys don't like this still in an hour we can go to the Hard Deck." Bhavika reasoned.
"We really don't like this." They all said simultaneously.
"Fine text the group chat. We can go to the Hard Deck." Natasha cheered and pulled out her phone.
Natasha: change of plans meet at the Hard Deck.
Mickey: but we are almost there.
Natasha: it was lame, no good music and a bunch of randomly named drinks.
Reuben: ooo, that sound like it would be fun.
Natasha: no you're supposed to be on my side.
Callie: what if we don't want the change?
Natasha: not you too Callie, don't keep feeding Bhavika's ego. Just meet at the Hard Deck.
Mickey: got it!
Natasha shut off her phone and the four of them that had made it too the club were already ditching it, getting in their trucks and leaving.
