Chapter 8: Our Blessing

"Are you and Yoongi hyung really going to share a room?" Taehyung grins as he sits on Jimin and Yoongi's bed.

"We are dating." Jimin laughs as Taehyung goofily grins at him.

"Soooooooo is the sex good?" 

"KIM TAEHYUNG!" Jin shrieks when he hears Taehyung's question while walking past the room.

"The sex is great." Jimin grins and winks while Yoongi turns beet red.

"YAH! PARK JIMIN!" Jin shouts and tosses his house slipper at Jimin who quickly ducks.

"Just how many rooms does this place have?" Hoseok mutters as he roams around, trying to find a room to stay in. "Yo, Tae, which room are you in?" Hoseok asks when he walks into Jimin and Yoongi's room.

"I'm in the room at the other end of the house." Taehyung answers and points in the direction of the room.

"I looked and only the master bedroom is there." Hoseok responds then his jaw drops in shock.

"Mhm." Taehyung smiles then leaves the room as his hyungs look at him in horror while Jimin squeals in excitement.

"Doesn't the professor have a long term girlfriend?" Hoseok whispers to Jin who nods.

When Jin, Hoseok, and Yoongi walk out of the room, they peek around the corner and watch as Jungkook softly smiles at Taehyung and asks him something.

"They are definitely together." Yoongi mutters when Jungkook gently brushes Taehyung's hair out of his eyes.

"Yah! Are you having an affair with my little brother?!" Jin suddenly shouts and crosses his arms as he glares at Jungkook.

"I am." Jungkook answers honestly.

"Oh okay. Have fun. I guess?" Jin responds completely shocked by Jungkook's honesty.

"Is Taehyung going to end up crying and heartbroken?" Hoseok asks and stands next to Jin.

"I will do everything I can to make sure that doesn't happen." Jungkook smiles at Taehyung's hyungs.

"You have our blessing then." Yoongi hums as he picks up a tangerine.

"You can't give your blessing because you found a tangerine!" Hoseok hisses and tries to take the tangerine from Yoongi.

"It's not because of the tangerine." Yoongi mumbles and smacks Hoseok's hand.

"Plus, it's up to Jin since Jin is the one who has raised him the most." Hoseok looks at Jin who mulls over the thought of Taehyung with Jungkook.

"Fine, but if Taehyung cries, I will slit your throat. I know a detective and a prosecutor. They will help me get away with murder." Jin warns as he gives them his blessing and consent.

"Thank you, Hyung." Taehyung hums in excitement and hugs Jungkook who gently kisses him on the crown of his head.

"I'll help you sneak around the school." Jimin grins and winks at Taehyung who shyly blushes.

"Thank you for not hiding your relationship from us." Jin smiles and walks over to Taehyung and hugs him.

"Thank you for accepting our relationship." Taehyung hugs Jin and looks at the rest of his hyungs who are happy for him.

As Jimin looks at Jungkook, he remembers the conversation he overheard between Jungkook and Sohee. I hope you and Tae are able to be happy together. You both have had difficult lives.

"So, Professor, how old are you?" Jin asks as they prepare to leave to go and eat.

"I'm 35." Jungkook answers as he grabs several sets of keys.
