Loki stares at you, one of his hands now behind your head playing with your hair.
"Is...is that ok?" You raise your eyebrows, a hint of uncertainty still inside of you since Loki hasn't said anything else.
Loki continues to search your eyes, wordlessly.
"You know, for being the self-proclaimed 'Silvertongue', you seem to be speechLESS!" You yelp when Loki lifts you up and carries you to your bed.
Loki drops you there, but remains standing himself, "First, you were asking for forgiveness, and now, you are attempting to be funny."
You watch as Loki walks around the bed, his hands folded behind his back, "Achieving, not attempting." You say before moving to get up.
"Did I say you could get off of the bed?" Loki stops walking now.
"No, but if you recall, I didn't listen to you the first time we met in the tower either," you roll your eyes. "And you're just as demanding now."
Loki sits on the edge of the bed, "And you are just as...I believe the word I used was 'feisty'."
You watch Loki's hands slowly move up your feet, before taking hold of your ankles. When you try to move, Loki's grip only becomes more firm, "Yea, yea, yea. Can you let me go now? I'm getting hungry!"
A grin grows on Loki's face, "Oh, I am too. However, I am afraid my appetite is not for food."
In a blink, Loki is pinning you down, "I meant for dinner!" You giggle as Loki starts kissing your neck.
"I'm very happy for you, darling. But, I need to finish he..." Loki mumbles just below your ear.
"Dinner is ready, Y/N!" Thor knocks on your closed door. "I am off to tell Loki as well."
You both hear Thor's footsteps move away from your door, and Loki falls onto his back next to you, "If I gut him like a fish, perhaps Thor can be our dinner."
You side-eye Loki, "Do I get to watch?"
Loki raises his eyebrows and turns to you on his elbow, "My Impossible Mortal wishes to be there and cheer me on?"
"As long as I can do the same to Tony right after," you wink.
Loki rolls back on top of you, "And that I would gladly watch on your behalf."
You lean-up and hover your lips just over Loki's, "Oh how I do appreciate your support."
"Hm," Loki's lips meet yours again and he pushes you back into your mattress.
"We. Need. To. Go. To. Dinner," you say with a kiss between each word.
"But this is so much more enjoyable," Loki returns to your neck. "Plus, I do prefer your company."
When Loki gets to a spot below your ear, you grip his shirt, your body lifting to his in reflex.
Loki brings his head to look at you, "Oh, I will have to remember that specific spot."
You swallow and clear your throat, "I...." You can't speak just yet, slightly panting along with Loki.
Now Loki gets off of the bed and holds his hand out to you, "Come my speechless mortal. Dinner, as per your request."
You huff getting up, "Damn dinner."
Loki laughs, "Dinner is now, but this...will be rain-checked for later."
You both walk out of your room and head to the mainroom.
The walk is silent, until you're once again almost there, when Loki tugs on your hand, "Last time you did that, I wound up against that wall." You motion with your head.
"I assure you that this next time, will not be wasted on a wall," Loki whispers.
Your eyes widen, causing a new grin to form on Loki's face.
"However..." Loki looks down at your still joined hands.
"Right. About that. Nat already knows," you say hesitantly.
"That she does," Loki's fingers play with yours.
You squint in confusion at how calm Loki is.
"Lady Natasha, may have had a word with me prior to my coming to you. And if she, or anyone, had spoken to me on Asgard in that matter, Odin would have her in a cell," Loki states.
You freeze, "So, w-with things I have said, I would be..."
Loki's other hand moves to your cheek, "No harm would ever come to you." His thumb moves along your chin, "And if anyone were to question me, I would simply announce you as my betrothed."
"....marriage?" you stare, jaw-hanging open.
"Yes," Loki nods, but then notices your expression. "Gods, I am not asking for your hand yet, Y/N." He lightly smiles, "I am merely speaking as a 'What if'."
"Yes...ok....right. Uhm...dinner?" you turn the corner quickly, flustered, and bump right into someone.
"Oh my gosh! I am SO SORRY! I was just looking for the bathroom! Mr. Stark said it was in the tower, which...doesn't really narrow it down, but now I just..."
"Hey!" you put both of your hands on the kid's shoulders to calm him. Talk about a run-on sentence of a ramble. "It's alright. Tony's..." you try and think. "Well, he's Tony." The boy blushes for a second, "And you are?" You ask him.
"Peter. Peter Parker. Spiderman, actually, but most people call me Peter," he looks down and then back up to you.
You smile, "Nice to meet you...Sparker."
Peter sighs, finally calm.
"Bathroom is 2 doors down, on your right," you turn him in the right direction.
"Thank you! Nice to meet you as well!" Peter runs off down the hall, causing you to laugh.
When you turn back around to talk to Loki, you see that he's already teleported to a seat at the table.
