"What are you talking about?" you frown, looking at Loki.

The regret and guilt are pouring from both of Loki's eyes, "The Mind Stone was inside of the scepter. Did I...did I do this to Y/N?" He then directs his question to Strange.

Everyone else in the room is completely silent, switching their attention from you, to Loki, to Strange, waiting for someone to speak.

"DID I CAUSE THIS?!" Loki's voice vibrates off of the walls.

"The initial connection to the stone was caused by the scepter," Strange finally replies.

Loki picks up the closest glass and throws it against one of the walls, causing everyone to jump.

You give it a second before slowly approaching Loki, "Loki, it's not your fau..."

"I WAS HOLDING THE SCEPTER!" his voice booms again, causing you to stop, but Loki's eyes soften when he sees your reaction.

"JUST the connection," Strange continues. "There had to be another event that caused permanent fusion."

"That would be my creation, when the energy was expelled from the crate," Vision steps forward.

"But again, we were ALL in the room," Steve brings up again.

"But only Y/N had already been exposed to the stone," Strange leans on one of the couches. "Honestly, the power should have..."

"Most of it was blocked," you interrupt, having been thinking about the memory of that day. "Loki took the brunt of the glass and...whatever else, to his back."

"Serves him right; he's done enough," Tony mumbles.

And that's it for you, "Would you just stop?!"

"Would YOU just see that...!" Tony glares at you.

"You constantly paint Loki as the villain, when maybe you should look in the mirror!" This time when you shout, the kitchen cabinet doors all fly completely off.

When they all fall onto the floor, your breathing starts to come in short, quick breaths. Throughout you entire body, it feels like electricity is surging.

"Well, shit," Sam raises his eyebrows.

When you look at your arms, your veins are practically glowing blue, all the way down to the tips of your fingers, "That's...new." The blue fades, but so does your energy, causing you to get light headed.

Loki sees the sway in your stance and is quickly in front of you, helping you to stay standing, "You are alright. I've got you."

You grip onto Loki's shirt, "The..." You look behind him at the cabinet doors, "That was me, wasn't it?"

Loki half-smiles, "I knew you were getting stronger, my Impossible Mortal."

"This has happened before?" a new level of confusion crosses Strange's face.

"No,"

"Once,"

You and Loki both say in unison, to which you turn to Loki just as confused, "What? When?"

"You thought I had closed the bedroom door that day, but it was actually you, love," Loki clarifies.

"You're sharing a room now?" Tony relents.

"THAT'S the part that shocks you from all of this?!" you ask in disbelief.

"Clearly the Mind Stone has affected YOUR mind with decision making!" Tony presses. "LOKI?! Of all people!"
