It's six thirty in the goddamn morning. I look like crap. I feel like crap. But school is not an option so...
I have to get up. No matter how much i hate it. Not only do i have to wake up early but i have to stand all those loud annoying kids yelling and running around the class like their toddlers.

Like come on people! We're literally eighteen. We're graduating this year.

But that i can get through. What i can't get through is seeing how dumb my best friend Avery can be. I know, i know, you're probably wondering how the hell do i have a friend considering im a shitty person. Well turns out Av is fine with my stupidity.

By stupidly i mean never talking to anyone unless they approach me first and never opening one school book. If you tell me to read a book of my choice for fun i will immediately pick up a book and read it. But school books? Hell no. But surprisingly i still have okay grades. I mean im not failing.

After turning off my alarm and getting out of bed i wear my stary dark blue puffs and walk to the bathroom.

I start brushing my teeth but of course i can't be calm for one moment cause now im getting a message from James. James. Aka the world's most annoying guy. What the hell does he want?

I open his message.

"Morning :)" - why the hell is he sending me a smiley face?

"What?" - i quickly respond, trying not to be late for school like i usually am.

"What do u mean what?"
"I can't say morning to my dear friend who i love very much?" - he's playing with me.

"Very funny" - i text back.

"now tell me what u actually want?"

"Okay, okay don't get mad"
"I wanted to tell u that dad wants u to take care of the shop for tonight"

"Why is your father asking me to take care of his shop? 🤨" - i actually send an emoji too now, cause i don't believe him at all.

"Because, remember the time when u looked after the shop when me and the fam went out of town?"

"Yup"

"So dad said that you are actually very good at this and that he wants u to take a shift tonight"

"No, thanks" - i respond.

"there is money involved"

"how much we talking about?"

"Come after school and you'll see"

"ugh fine, I'll be there" - i text back and quickly put my phone down on the counter.

After brushing my teeth and hair i grab my makeup bag and start doing my makeup.

It's not much of a very special look so it can be done in like fifteen minutes.
