Dancing with our hands tied // Jon Snow out now!!

"I won't." Corlys countered as they forced him to a seat.

"You will. Because she will listen to you.' Rhaenys countered.

"I won't." Corlys spat back.

"Please," Rhaenys begged Rhaenyra. "We send them your terms. Aemond's head. Aegon's head. Complete loyalty. They will take it and bend."

"Will they?" Rhaenyra countered.

"We control the step stones." Rhaenys reminded her. "They will have gotten word and know they are being cut off. Send them your demands. Demand Aemond and Aegon's heads. They will see themselves lost and bend."

"Aisha will never bend." Corlys sneered. "She is strong. Clearly got her spine from me and not you."

"You are a weak man." Rhaenys countered. "Weak and your vision is long since clouded."

"What of your vision?" Corlys spat back. "Can you honestly say that you are not doing this out of spite! Alicent got what you wanted, she got the crown and our daughter. They have everything you wanted. Yet this one and her power hungry cunt of a husband-" Corlys glared at Rhaenyra. "Took everything that was yours. Ours. The hightowers got the crown, but Rhaenyra took our children... how can you live with yourself?"

"Write the damn letter." Rhaenys demanded. But there would be more than that and Rhaenyra knew it.

Long ago Alicent wanted an eye for an eye well Rhaenyra was taking a life for a life, a prince for a prince before the real war started. The current queen's son seemed a good start.

Water and rain wash away the pain and brings the truth to light.

"Don't let me down now Laenor." Aisha begged slowly releasing the water over the page. Symbols appeared on the damp parchment but they still didnt make sense.

"What's that?" Aemond asked and Aisha scooted back showing him the book.

"Do you know what this means? These symbols?" Aisha asked impatiently. "I've never seen them. I dont understand. Leanor left me a message but I can't understand it. I don't know what he meant for me... to do..." Aisha whispered as Aemond took the book from her.

"Looks like..." Aemond tilted his head running his finger over the symbols but there was a knock at the door.

"Enter." Aisha said closing the book and shoving under her pillow.

"A Raven for you, Princess." Criston said holding out the scroll.

"Thank you, Criston." Aisha said moving to the door. "Driftmark seal." Aisha hissed.

"Would you like me to get the queen dowager?" Criston offered and Aisha shook her head as she broke the seal.

"Not until we know."

-Daughter.
Give up now. Hand over the crown and no one else need be hurt. There will be repercussions from the prince Lucarys death but besides that, no one else need die. As long as you all bend the knee.-

"What does it say?" Aemond asked peering over her shoulder.

-Prince Aemond's head will be delivered along with the crown and the iron throne. The usurper king Aegon will declare it's rightful heir or his head shall too adorn the walls of Kings landing, as a reminder what happens to traitors. You may look upon their faces everyday and remember your own betrayal to your true family.
The loyalty of each and every Hightower-Targaryen will be declared for its rightful heir, Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen. Aisha Velaryon-Targaryen will praise her support for the Queen Rhaenyra. Our armies are stronger, our fury is greater, bend the knee. Or you will all fall.-

"You haven't tasted my fury." Aisha muttered.

-When you feel the full force of Dragonstone and Driftmark and all it's allies, you will beg for mercy.-

"Mercy." Aisha sneered.

-This is your once chance. Submit and bend or you will all bleed.-

Aisha couldnt believe this. she scanned down to the bottom. It was signed Lord Corlys Velaryon. But Aisha knew better than that. All his letters were signed 'your favorite' this was a farse.

"Give Rhaenyra, Aemond and Aegon's heads. Bend or they will bring Fury down upon us." Aisha remarked taking a deep inhale.

"Did your father truly-" Aemond began as he read the bottom of the scroll.

"No." Aisha corrected. "He didn't side with the enemy. He is being kept a prisoner." Aisha corrected.

"What will you do?" Criston asked.

"Council meeting."
