Jace was acting like Daemon, he was ready for war. Vermax had gotten to low before being pulled down crashing into the sea. Jace had leaped from his back but was killed, an arrow flying through the air, pierced him.

Jace didnt make it back to dragonstone.

Corlys loyal fleet was diminished but it was still a win for the rightful crown.

Aemond and Criston and their troops marched for 19 long days but found Harrenhal abandoned, they believed themselves victorious

When Aisha got word that Aemond was okay she could breathe again. She helped Aegon sit up before putting Laenor in Aegon's lap.

"He's gotten bigger." Aegon remarked. Aisha thought for the briefest of moments what if. What if this was their child? What if the war wasnt raging on? What if her siblings were alive and her mother wasnt an awful traitor?

What if...

She sighed leaning into Aegon gently. Laenor smiled and stared back at them contently.

"I missed you." Aisha whispered.

"I missed you," Aegon repeated kissing her forehead.

"The kids are okay, Jae and Maelor, they like Laenor." Aisha informed him softly as she pulled Laenor closer. "Jae is really starting to open up." She added. "She likes Laenor, even gave him one of her plushies. Said it would help him sleep at night."

"Did it?" Aegon mused.

"Oh yes, the powers of beat up old plushies have magic." Aisha agreed as Laenor gurgled, little whimpers before smiling at Aisha and reaching a hand out for her.

"I was thinking about Jace and Joffrey." Aisha admitted. "I think I want to... I was going to write to them. I dont know if Rhaenyra or Daemon would get it first but I want to try... I was a shit aunt to them and I want to do better. Laenor would have been disappointed in me."

"No he wouldnt." Aegon corrected but Aisha's face pinched as she pulled her own little Laenor to her.

"Yes he would. He loved those boys and when Aemond... when Vhagar... I was just so mad I didnt even... I didnt even blink." Aisha corrected tears in her eyes. "I was... I was awful. I should have grieved him. I should have grieved him because what if he was Laenor's what if they are not bastards but truly Velaryon? And I just pushed them away."

"Rhaenyra, you pushed her away because of all the hell she  and daemon did. They killed your siblings." Aegon reminded her.

"And I murdered my mother." Aisha declared before covering her face with her hands. "I killed, I drowned her."

"Aisha," Aegon whispered as he moved slowly through pained muscles but hugged her. "You saved me though."

"Aegon, I had a question..." Aisha remarked. "I, well before... I just... I dont know." She pulled out her brother Laenor's journal. "I just... well... Laenor, I found he left a message, maybe, I dont know. Aemond was trying to help but... would you take a look?"

The death of Jacaerys Velaryon filled Rhaenyra with anger and hatred, her eldest son, her eldest boy, died at 15, killed at 15. Her younger sons beaten or captured. Joffrey was her last piece of Harwin, she needed kings landing to burn and she decided to use her dragons.

With Criston, Aemond, and Vhagar away from King's Landing, Daemon and Caraxes joined with Rhaenyra on Syrax above the capital.

When they saw the dragons coming the grand maester tried to get Ravens out to Aemond but the ravens were captured. The gold cloaks had once been loyal to Daemon, he had given them their cloaks a long time ago and he had been their commander, they were still loyal to him.

The gates were opened easily to Daemon's men.

"We have to go." Larys declared.

"What's going on?" Aisha countered sensing his urgency.

"Dragons, Daemon and Rhaenyra are here." Larys declared. Aegon saw Aisha's fists clench, fury in her eyes as they shifted a deep blue.

"Aisha you are not strong enough." Aegon corrected.

"I won't give them the castle. Our home." Aisha corrected.

"Mama," Jaehaera declared running up from behind Larys and clinging to Aisha.

"You will go to Storms end with the princess Jaehaera. Willis Fell is an ally. We will send Maelor with Rickard Throne to Lord Hightower." Larys remarked.

"I don't want to split them up." Aisha corrected. "Where is Aemond?"

"No time my lady." Larys corrected as he helped Aegon up. "We have to go."

"I dont... I can't... we cant." Aisha whimpered clutching Laenor to her.

"We have to go." Larys repeated.

"live another day so you might fight them, win." Aegon begged.
