His pockets stuffed with sweets and smiling like a Cheshire cat, Tommy left the bakery with a chime of the bell, Wilbur right behind him.
For a moment, he just stood there, usure of what to do.
Luckily, Wilbur solved the dilemma for him.
"Well, it's been lovely meeting you Tommy, but I probably need to go now. Are you ok going home by yourself?" he said.
"All good," Tommy assured him.
Wilbur smiled at him. "I guess I'll see you around then."
"Yeah, I'll see you around." Tommy replied, grinning back at him.
With a nod, Wilbur waved one final goodbye to Tommy and walked away.
Tommy watched him walk until he was no longer in sight, before heading home.
He walked for a few minutes in silence before his phone pinged.
LVC Warning:

A villain has been sighted in your area.
Keep an eye out and stay near safety.
Tommy pulled a face and shoved his phone back into his pocket with a little more force than necessary.
He was not going to let the fucking LVC ruin his perfectly good walk home.
If it was possible (and legal), he would've deleted the app a long time ago, but with the added "bonus" of Dream constantly on his ass, his skin would be hung up as a tapestry in the HQ.
So the next best thing was to ignore it.
It's not like any hero's would be deployed as a result.
Not in Logstedshire.
The first thing he would do as a hero is patrol his district.
The vigilantes did a pretty good job but citizens got hurt sometimes cause the vigilantes were also trying not to get arrested, which is fair.
Tommy's smile dropped a bit.
Shit, would he have to arrest vigilantes? Dream hated them, so he probably would have to.
They were pretty decent, especially with their lack of funding. He remembered getting saved from a group of muggers by a vigilante called Monarch once.
Maybe he could just turn up "a second too late"?
Yeah, he'll "just miss them by a few seconds", or something along those lines.
Barely five minutes into brainstorming ways to not arrest vigilantes, two more message popped up, one from the LVC and the other from Ranboo.

Level 2.5
A villain has been confirmed to be in Central Logstedshire.
Stay clear of that location.
Shouldn't be a problem then. Their apartment was on the outskirts of Logstedshire anyway, specifically the northern outskirts.
Just far enough to stay away from the gangs and drug dealers, but still in the shithole of Logstedshire itself.
The were pretty lucky to have such a nice spot.
