Today Sukuna was gone doing his usual godly things while I and Tina chilled, and my puppy snuggled up to me.

"You wanna get some tea, Tina? I'll even give you a treat" I say, the small puppy jumping up in excitement as I picked her up, getting out of bed, and going towards the kitchen.

As I got the water started, I had given Tina her treats, now just leaning against the counter as the living room tv played.

"And later today the eclipse will soon happen" I heard the nymph on the news say, confusing me because I was supposed to give birth during the eclipse.

"I guess it just came around sooner than we expected," I say, frowning a bit because it would have been a beautiful moment to give birth, but maybe I'd get my wish.

Just as I reached for the pot of water, I quickly sat it down, feeling like a balloon had just popped in me, a wet feeling running down my leg as I came to a realization, running to my phone.

"Yeah?" "My water broke" was the only thing I was able to say till seeing Sukuna had teleported back and looked worried.

"Oh shit it did," he said in shock, already running to grab everything, calling Adeera and the other goddess who was going to help in all of this as I just kind of stood in our room after changing clothes.

"Okay they're setting everything up, are you having any contractions?" Sukuna asked as I just stood there, not knowing what to expect, but not the pain that nearly knocked the air out of me.

Y/n's reaction was all Sukuna needed as he picked her up in his arms, taking the two to the mortal realm where the goddesses were, seeing the bath is placed on a large hill where the eclipse would hit directly.

"She's already having contractions?" Adeera asked, a bit shocked with how fast this baby was coming along, curse words and insults from Y/n flying like birds as an answer.

"Yeah that should answer it," Sukuna said, handing Y/n over to the woman knowing they knew better than him, still standing by to see the process.

As for Y/n, the pain quickly subsided as she was placed into the lukewarm bath, now just feeling like annoying tension in her stomach, Alora was there to soothe the pain for her.

"You sure do know how to cuss" Anahita, the goddess of childbirth, spoke "oh I'm sorry" Y/n apologized even in her state, seeing that the eclipse was practically there.

"Alright, this should go smoothly, especially because Alora's calming everything down for you," Adeera said, having Y/n drink some tea that would not only speed the process up but also make things go smoothly, the tea having a honey taste to it.

"So do we just wait?" Sukuna finally asked, afraid he might mess something up by talking.

"Yeah we need the cervix to open up more, but it should be easy as pie for our Y/n" Alora smiled, seeing Y/n smile at the small compliment.

But some time had passed and the eclipse had finally set, and now a building pressure was getting to Y/n, Adeera saying that she could start pushing.

With everything going on Y/n was freaking out a little, even with the help of Alora soothing her as she tried to push, gasps and grunts being heard from her, Adeera trying her best to calm Y/n while Anahita did her thing.

But even with all the care and help from the women, Y/n had glanced over at her nervous husband, silently asking for him to come over to her as she gripped the tub, feeling something slowly moving out.

Of course, Sukuna obliged, and once he held his hand out for Y/n to take, he wasn't expecting the sudden grip on his hand, the god almost ripping his hand away if it weren't for the fact Y/n needed support.

"Alight just a little more for us mama, she's almost here," Anahita says, Y/n giving out just a few more pushes before her and Sukuna's baby was finally born, a relieved sigh leaving Y/n as she threw her head back for a second.

After a few moments Y/n and Sukuna were met with their child, a little girl who already had some hair on her, faint little marks running along her skin.

"Her little hands," Y/n said in amazement, surprised that she made an entire life.

"Yeah but look at this" Sukuna said, showing Y/n that there were light pink hairs on the baby, surprising everyone a bit.

"Well she's going to be a beautiful little girl, do you have any names?" Adeera asked, everyone, looking at Y/n, Sukuna catching how quickly his daughter started to feed, the man already thinking about the mile-long grocery receipts he's gonna get with two women in his home.

"Aditya" Y/n said, the name always having a ring to it, and also the name had a correlation with the eclipse, so it was perfect in Y/n's opinion.

"Well, what do you think Sukuna?" And now Y/n was looking at her husband who was shocked by how small a baby could be.

"It's perfect," the man said, trying to shake his nerves as Y/n looked at him amused.

"Yeah, just perfect" the goddess smiled, watching her daughter stop feeding for a moment to yawn, making Y/n realize just how tiring this could be.

"Well the three of you are free to go home, Sukuna knows how to take care of you, and here's some more of that tea if you start hurting," Adeera said "don't worry it's not laced" Alora added, her and Anahita laughing at the joke.

"Okay, and what about the little one?" Sukuna asked "well you have a home's worth of supplies for her, just use that lactation cup whenever y'all are sleeping" Adeera shrugged, truly not fazed by this topic.

And finally, the three had gone home, Y/n putting the baby clothes on Aditya before Sukuna helped her get changed as well, Tina already best friends with the newborn.

"*sigh* she's surprisingly quiet," Y/n said, expecting those wild babies that fuss at anything.

"Don't jinx us" Sukuna sighed, getting into the bed with his wife and child, watching how gently Y/n was holding her.

"You wanna hold her?" Y/n asked the god, Sukuna worried that he might hurt her with how small she was.

"Don't worry she'll be fine, just support her head" Y/n instructed, Sukuna nodding his head as he gently took Aditya from Y/n, the man quick to notice how big he truly was.

But soon his thoughts all washed away when seeing Aditya get closer to him with a little sneeze, the god looking at Y/n for a moment, already knowing that his daughter was practically a carbon copy of Y/n.

"I think she fell asleep," Sukuna said, not knowing what to do "alright, just lay her down right here," Y/n said, already having a small area next to her set up, remembering everything Anahita told her to do.

Once Aditya was sound asleep, Y/n was a bit nervous to go to sleep, wondering if she'd be fine, but after a while Sukuna had her get comfortable.

"You think she'll say mom or dad first?" Sukuna asked "mom obviously" Y/n rolled her eyes "Nah she's gonna say dad" "no she won't" the woman exclaimed, not surprised when Sukuna made a bet with her, whoever loses has to do whatever the winner says, the man later on regretting that bet.
