Summer stared in disbelief at her father but refused to give him that title. He took everything from her. She then decided to play along
Mr Crade, how may you do; Summer asked holding back the urge to kill him
I believe at one point, you called me father; Mr Crade said
You lost that title a long time ago when you left her; Henry spoke
Summer had not known when he showed up and she was surprised when she turned around and found William, Royce and Connor all on horses looking fierce. She raised her pal to usher them all to settle down
Give him a chance to speak. What is it I may do for you, Mr Crade; Summer now looked at him with malicious intent as Piggy growled
You owe me money; Mr Crade said with anger
For what is it that I may owe you; Summer stepped closer to him with her hands crossed on her dress
You cursed my good name and caused me a lifetime of accusations that forbid me from having pleasure or free will to live; Mr Crade sat in the porch swing
Cursed you? I believe you cursed me, father. You killed mother then you killed Kennedy ontop of it. You are more guilty than innocent; Summer spat at him in disgust
Don't you speak to me that way. I am your father and I know what is best and if you don't owe me I will; Mr Crade got interrupted as William stepped into the porchlight
Will what; William leaned on the podium
Here is what it looks like to me. You look like a scared man; Henry said
In a way; Mr Crade looked at him
You are only scared of what the world will find out. About how you slaughtered many innocents including 2 children, one of which was your own. Your a coward and you should be because you came to the wrong place. This is how we do things here, you either leave or we put you in the woods then shoot your bloody brains out and let the lions eat you; William gritted his teeth
MOVE OUT OF MY WAY; Mr Crade screamed the hit Summer
Boys! Piggy, fetch; Summer said
She watched as Piggy, Royce, William and Henry all went to catch her father while he ran like a fool. Such a weak move! She thought. Summer tensed as she heard a gunshot and hooves dragging a body. Though she could not care less about her father being captured, he was still dead in her eyes but she wanted to kill him so she walked out to the porch and halted her boys then saw that Mr Crade was still living. Summer spit in his face and stomped on his chest and Henry stared at her with a smirk. She was a kindhearted woman and could not harm a fly but she wanted justice for what her father did
Let him live. I want to do it!; She said
Henry nodded and William got Mr Crade tied to the horse like roadkill. She watched as her boys went into town then questioned herself about what kind of world she was bringing her children into but slowly settled the thoughts as she realized that Rose Grove, San Francisco would protect its them. Summer remembered Francis saying that "Every new cattle brought into the heard, gets protected by the wolves, the boys round here are like dogs and will attack to protect the women and children. Henry too will grow strong and bold to protect you. Give him the hand signal and they will rise to you". She adored how right he had been. It took only a few minutes for her boys to arrive. Summer sat down on the porch swing and then rubbed her belly while singing to the little ones about the river
