Morning; Henry said flopping a pancake onto Masons plate
Ooh lordy, I am exhausted; Summer said sitting next to Mason and kissing his cheek
Bet you are, they put the "coal" onto Francis's land so the big cats would have it; Henry said trying not to say anything about a dead man in front of a 3 year old
Good. It needs to be there. Nice and crispy; Summer said and watched as Henry hid a laugh. It was criminal what this county had done but nonetheless it was needed. Suddenly, she heard men speaking and hammering something into the cabin and she looked at Henry who had a look of "dont you dare" so she went over to the window but Henry got in her way
No; He said pointing a spatula at her
What are you hiding; Summer asked
Nothing; Henry lied
I hear it. What is it; Summer smirked
Its nothing, I will go check. Mace don't let your Mama near that window; Henry said leaving to go check it. Summer quickly went over to have a peak, it looked like they were building onto the cabin house. She saw Francis, Royce, Connor and Molly
Mason what is this; Summer asked hoping the her son who could barely speak told her
Baba room; Mason said
Summers eyes glistened as she learned that they were building extra rooms in the house for the babies. Oh my god! She said to herself. Just then she heard the door shut and rushed over to the table sitting down to drink tea
Its nothing; Henry said tossing out pancakes but Summer couldn't help it. She wrapped her arms around him
Your the best husband ever; Summer said
It was supposed to be a surprise; Henry groaned
Well now its not; Summer said and kissed him
Ewwww; Mason said
Summer and Henry laughed as they looked over at their son who had a disgusted face on his look. They knew where he learned that from; Maddy. Summer knew that they now had a good reputation in town as heroes but she hated being called that. She did justice for her mother and sister because they never deserved the pain her father caused. In all this new life, she missed spending time with her son so she got a bright idea
How about after breakfast, Mason and I have a little time while you go help them build; Summer said
YAYA MAMA; Mason screamed
That sounds like a grand idea; Henry said and kissed her on the cheek cleaning his plate
What we gonna do today little man; Summer played with Masons hair
Bath dog and book; Mason said
Your picking up on speech well; Henry laughed as he looked at Piggy who indeed needed a bath from the current events
Okay lets go; Summer said
I got the plates; Henry picked up their empty plates and put them in a bucket
Outside, her and Mason got soaked as they bathed Piggy who had suprising didn't fuss as they washed her chin. The water was murky.
Pig pig; Mason said
Piggy shook her fur coat off making Summer laugh as they got covered in water. Mason splashed his mother who chuckled and splashed back. Piggy got out of the water and layed down on the tender grass as Summer got up to dump the water then put the tub back. She grabbed Piggys rope and put it on her then held Masons hand
Where we; Mason asked
I got a surprise; Summer booped his nose as they headed into town taking Piggy with
Summer wanted to go to a hardware store and get Piggy a collar. Her neck was bare and needed something to tie the rope on. Poor thing had only had rope on her neck which must hurt but she seemed fine when playing with Mason in the grass. Summer was glad Mason had a friend. She wanted him to have human friends like Maddy but knew he was shy so didn't bother to ask him if he made any at school. It was warm out and the walk was nice
