Minotaur's Maze

The warm air seemed to be a nice evening to go outside, even if it is a little late. The sisters enjoy this night and it had been quite a while since they had met the turtles a few days ago. Manako was singing a lively tune in her voice, seemingly filling the city with song.

"You sing really well, Manako," replied Tomoka, happily. "With a night like this, it sure is good to feel the breeze."

As Shira looked over at the town, she could have sworn she heard voices coming from the next rooftop. There are colorful lights illuminating the building and it's close.

"Oh, yeah, check this out! Power fun jitsu!" Mikey squeaked, whipping around his kusari fundo. The flames swirl around, creating a twister of fire. They started to surround Raph but he protect himself with his weapons.

"Not bad, not bad. But check out these puppies," Raph laughed, punching his tonfas together. A red wave flashed into the night sky.

Heading to the edge of the rooftop, the sisters find the brothers practicing their odd magic weapons.

"If you guys wanna see real skills, look right here," Leo said, smirking. "I'm gonna make a portal to New Jersey." He started to twirl his odachi into a circle, but nothing happened. "Come on, power portal jitsu."

Leo groaned and tried to swing his sword around. Nothing happened. Most times, he can't control his mystic power since it doesn't do anything. Leo tried again as a tiny portal opened up.

"That's not going to get you across the street, let alone to Jersey," Raph laughed.

"Okay, but... See, it's practical, which makes it better," he said, scratching his shell.

Mikey turned to see Donnie doing something with his goggles, analyzing the little object he got. "Hey Donnie, what are you doing, bud?" he asked.

"Well, while you guys took flashier items from Draxum," Donnie explained, "I, on brand, took a more cerebral one. See, this crystal, combined with the elements..."

"Get to the point," Leo moaned.

Donnie frowned before he continued on. "Now I can see all of the mystic energy hidden around New York. You're welcome and thank you." He inserts the crystal inside his goggles and puts them back on. Then he looks down.

"Whoa, that's awesome," Raph exclaimed, joining Donnie. "What about that laundromat?"

The softshell took a close look. "It looks like a laundromat, But, what do we have over here?" There, they find an old woman in the alleyway. "Whoa... Underneath that old lady's skin is some sort of fire mutant thing."

The woman looked around making sure she's not being watched. She then waved one finger in front of the wall. Then a blue portal opened up and she walked through, leaving the cart.

"She just disappeared into that wall," Mikey peeped.

"I believe she went into some sort of cool mystic pizza place," Donnie guessed.

"Pizza!" Mikey cheered. He would love this time to get a quick bite and check out the new place. "Guys, my blood sugar's getting low. I need to eat, bad!"

"We saw her, too!"

The brothers looked up and saw the girls waving their arms around.

Leo was startled. "Ah! When did you get here?"

"No idea," Shira shrugged. "We bumped into you guys, again."

"Hey, Manako," Mikey waved, smiling gleefully.

That was when Manako saw the weapons. "Hey, these weapons are pretty."

The others took notice. "These? That's our mystic weapon," Leo said. "We found them trying to test our new powers." To demonstrate this, Leo began to swing his sword a few times until a blue portal appeared in front of the girls. Shira took a good look. She sticks her hand through it until she can see the second portal on the other side. "Is this safe?"
