A door began to open up as Shira and the girls peeked inside. The lab was dark and only a lightbulb was flickering up on the ceiling.
She was not sure why the lab is dark but maybe something bad happened. Reika flicked up a flame from her hand and looked around. Following close behind her is Tomoka and Manako looking around at the lab equipment. She lifted the light to see tools on the desk and then in the other rooms. They could have sworn they saw lights flickering at the one corridor that led to the next room.
"My inventions were meant to do good. Not evil!"
The girls could hear Donnie's voice from inside the lab. Swallowing hard, Tomoka nervously poked her green head at the corner. "Donnie, is everything okay?" she asked. She was scared and Shira began to hold Manako close. Reika began to take out her ax, ready to fight whoever is attacking them.
"What have you done to my body!" Leo's voice wailed. "My perfect body!"
The girls watched as a figure appeared, making the four girls fall down and scramble backwards in fright. The form slowly collapses to the ground, a round shape of what a rubber ball looks like, but twisted and merged into one thing. The frightened sea turtles looked up and saw the brothers were joined together into one giant ball. As the girls calmed down, they saw that their heads were poking out of the white thing. Leo's arm and Mikey's leg are poking out on the left while Donnie's leg and Raph's arm are on the right side.
"Holy.... What happened?" Reika gasped.
Raph looked up at his girlfriend. "Long story."
"Why did you do this, Raph?" Mikey glared at Raph.
"You know even for you, this feels like a poorly thought-through idea," Donnie replied.
"Is this what it feels like to have a dead bod?" Leo moaned as he looked at himself in a nearby mirror. He was able to move his arm but his other one is inside.

"You almost look like Frankenstein," Manako snickered, trying to hold back her giggles.
"Calm down," Raph told everyone. "This is gonna be awesome! Being stuck together is gonna force us to work together, as a team."
"This is a team building exercise?" Leo asked, raising an eyebrow.
"How are we gonna get unglued?" Donnie shouted.
"Relax, I'm sure you have a formula to get us unstuck, Donnie," Raph replied to the softshell.
"Actually, I do not have a formula. My F.A.B spray is still in beta."
"F.A.B?" Leo asked, confused.
"F.A.B. Foam agent bonding. Its state of the art..."
"Not this again," Leo moaned as Donnie started chatting. "You see, Raph, usually when Donnie is in speech mode, I could just run away but now I'm stuck."
