Dark clouds rolled for a dark and very gloomy night since it is gonna be a haunting time of a year. Everyone knows that there is no such thing as ghosts and there are some people who believe in ghosts. Mikey and Manako are in their pillow fort watching something on the tablet. Manako was hidden over the blankets while Mikey was holding a tablet.
"Hello? Is someone there?" a boy's voice answered before a scream was heard. "It's the Gumbus!"
Terrified, they scramble around yelping, dropping the tablet and covering themselves in the blanket.
"Turn it off! Turn it off!" Manako wailed. At force, the entire pillow fort collapsed on them and dropped the tablet.
"What'cha watching, Miguel?" Leo asked, picking up the tablet.
Mikey and Manako poked their heads out of the pillows.
"Ohmigosh! Ohmigosh!" Mikey gasped, trying to calm himself down. "I was just watching my favorite can stacking channel."
April raised an eyebrow with Spirit riding on her shoulder and Kurage floating beside her. "Can stacking? Okay."
"It's a thing. There's the one supermarket stock boy. He builds forts, towers, national monuments...."
"It's also entertaining to watch," Manako added, emerging out of the pillows.
"Yeah, I see his channel has a like," Leo said, seeing the like button.
"I would like it twice if I could," Mikey peeped. "Anyway, he's at the store after hours and you gotta see it."
He scrolls down and presses the video that says "The Gumbus." The video begins to play. There they see a boy building the stack, while holding a flashlight.
"And now, I shall complete the most difficult stack of all. Only completed by one other stock boy. The Lady Liberty Sta-"
All of a sudden, something crashed in the aisle.
"Hello? Is someone there?" The boy looked around but there was no one here. A can rolled by, making the boy scream. Something is lurking in the dark, something scary and ghostly. Then something grabbed him. He screamed and looked at the camera one last time.
"It's the Gumbus!"
And then it ended.
"Be sure to subscribe and donate."
April was applauded. "Whoa! What's a Gumbus?"
"It's a ghost that haunts the Stock N Shop," Mikey explained.
"It's a really creepy spirit," Manako concluded as she hugged Mikey.
Leo scoffed. "Pfft. There's gotta be a simple answer," he said, tossing the tablet away as it landed in Shira's hands. "Earthquakes, magnets, giant prankster mice. There's no such thing as ghosts."
