James and the rest of the boys knocked on the door "merry Christmas!" Jo said opening the door
"Merry Christmas Jo" James said kissing her cheek walking in
Sirius hugged her "m'lady" he walked in in front of Remus and Peter "oh Reg is already here" Sirius hadn't seen Regulus the whole of the holiday
Regulus hugged his brother "stayed over last night. Merry Christmas brother"
Marlene and Natasha came running downstairs, Marlene hand in hand with Dorcas Meadows "merry Christmas boys!"
Natasha kissed James "merry Christmas Mr Potter" she looked around "where's your mum and dad ?"
"There coming a bit later" he said gleaming at her "where's Rory"
"In the kitchen" she smiled walking over to Remus "Hello you"
"Merry Christmas love" Remus hugged his best friend tightly "we still going ice skating at midnight"
"Oh you know me so well" she winked.
The whole family sat at the dinner table. James's mother and father had now arrived. Euphemia was chatting to Natasha about the mess of her house
"Oh Nat you should see the place!" She insisted "it's a absolute pigs den because of these two" she pointed at James and Sirius "boys" Nat agreed with her
Fleamont however was chatting away with Rory and Dorcas about quidditch. He was very interested by Rory "I heard you are one of the fastest seekers of your school"
"No" Rory shook her head
Dorcas chuckled "don't be modest Ra. Honestly she's the toughest person I've ever gone against" she smiled
"Who told you that" Rory looked at the man warmly
"Don't tell anyone but Dumbledore" he whispered "I've seen you play you're rather good my dear. You should come and play with me and the boys, we could use someone like you"

Everyone sat in the living room finishing their desserts when the door knocked again. Rory frowned "we weren't expecting anyone else where we ?" She looked at her father
Alex shook his head "not that I know of. Did you Marmee"
Marmee denied "nope"
"I'll get it" Rory stood up getting the door "oh" it was Professor Montgomery. Snow was on his hair "hi Professor"
"Hi Rory" he smiled "Nat invited me"
Rory turned to Nat and smirked "come on in. There's a seat next to Jo" they had wanted to get the two together for months
