"You guys kissed?!" Angie yelled.
Im pretty sure she probably let the whole student section of the hallway know.
"Okay can you maybe shutup? Or be any louder." I joked sarcastically.
"Okay, you guys kissed?" She whispered sarcastically.
"Okay better but, it was a one time thing plus I haven't talked to him in 3 days so maybe it was just in the moment." I shrugged.
"Via, he took you somewhere private to do that I don't think it was just 'In the moment.'" She walked off after the bell rung and we parted our ways.
She was right, but still if it wasn't just 'In the moment' why hasn't he contacted me? I brushed off the thoughts that flustered within my head because this is exactly what he wants. He wants me to think about him more then I should and I won't let him have that.
As I went in my first class the class was quiet and dry. Not even the kids who picked at me said anything, something must've been wrong.
Then I noticed that Hardin was sitting in the front, I didn't have him in this class, yet any of my classes in general.
I noticed this girl as well, she was being intimate and touchy with him. He seemed subtle, but I wasn't buying it.
Class shortly ended after what felt like hours.
"Hey Via!" I heard from behind me.
There he was.
I guess trying to avoid him would catch up to me.
"Yes nolan?" I asked confusingly taking one earbud out.
"I dont want to make this weird but would you like to maybe hang out? Just you know the two of us? like.., like old times!" He mumbled over his words trying to break the akwardness.
"Nolan are you fucking joking?" I laughed letting out a scoff.
"You rejected me at the clifftops and told me you would never do any of that because you couldn't ignore the fact that im your best friends sister and now you have a change of a heart?" I paused.
"The part that didn't hurt was you rejecting me, the part that hurt was you just asking me if we can go outknowing you rejected me. Sodo me a favor, and go fuck yourself." I walked away.
I could see Malik's face as a turn around he seemed angry, and I think I understood why.
